Only went for lunch. You order THEN find a place to sit. There is some outdoor seating; we ate inside as it was raining. Very rustic interior. Food was really good for the price. I would go back again when I am in the area.

This place is popular, mostly I would imagine are local regulars. If you get to know it, find your favourite dishes etc, then it's probably a fine, bustling atmospheric place. Our experience was somewhat less so. It is popular, which is usually a good sign. When busy, you must take a little risk in ordering and hoping tables are available,... More

Tasty food with a nice menu. Also great, open picture window made for good atmosphere and fun for people watching. Recommended!

It's always a treat to fine a place with good coffee AND good food. The Grove has both along with a fun and comfortable space. We arrived at 8 AM on a Sat. to avoid crowds. Enjoyed open faced sandwich with avocado and poached eggs. Good French toast too. Going back soon.

This was one of my favorite places that I ate - fresh ingredients and a variety to choose from. I wanted to go back for breakfast, but time didn't allow.

The Grove on Fillmore is an excellent breakfast place. The grilled salmon omelet was amazing and the cafe mocha quite good. The place has a great vibe with a wooden, hip interior. The staff was helpful and did a great job preparing the food and drinks.

Happened to be there in the early afternoon but I was able to order off the breakfast menu. Always enjoy breakfast! The food was good. You order at the counter, find a table, and they bring your food to you. You order your drink and if it happens to be water or tea, you get your own. For that reason,... More

Having used to live just off Fillmore, I would usually take a short walk to the grove for breakfast or a casual meal. I'm delighted to find that the quality of the food has been maintained. Brunches are particularly good. The fresh orange juice is very popular. I like the homey look about the place.

My family was walking around Fillmore St., looking for a casual place for dinner. The Grove looked good. You order at a counter and then find a seat. Unfortunately, it was full and there was no place where all five members of my family could sit. However, we walked by The Grove again the next morning and decided to try... More

Nice "cowboy" setting, Large wooden beams, but the mos important is that they have very good food. Original ordering/serving system (You order and pay at the counter, then you receive a number that you place on your table, and you have your requests delivered to the table). Efficient, friendly, affordable, and yes, very good!!
