Liked the location. Menu sounded interesting but there is a "bait & Switch" component. Give you two menus, one Prix Fixe and one ala carte. Waiter pushed ala cart and talked almost constantly. Fish lovers, husband ordered fish wrapped in potato slices. Delicious. Perfectly prepared. Paella was just rice with tomatoes, couldn't taste any saffron, which is essential ingredient, piled... We just walked in and they seated us- very friendly. The food and wine selections were excellent. We felt relaxed and unhurried, just enough bustle without loud crowd-perfect.

We arrived in San Fran to whisked off to Isa. The service was prompt and the food was fresh and above expectations. A real treat.

After a long day of sampling nibbling local street fare and wine tasting, we decided to try a small plate option for dinner. We were very pleased to try the food at Isa. The grilled calamari and paella were outstanding. The wine choices featured some local choices without the huge price point. If we were interested in a full dinner,... More

My boyfriend and I were very excited to try Isa. The menu looked delicious and the atmosphere seemed to be ideal based on reviews. However, I was a little let down but our experience... maybe it was a case of too high of expectations. First, I was underwhelmed by their wine menu. I ordered a glass of the malbec, a... More

Order the Sea Bass and the oysters! I have had 2 wonderful evenings of some great dishes and accompanying wine. And if you like, you can also sit outside and watch life move by on a relaxed late afternoon. Talk to the affable Elias or his wife Sameera and am sure they will treat you real well.

The concept (tapas that you can share) is nice. The food is excellent. Not american at all. Light and with a lot of subtile flavours.

I love the idea of sharing food. We stopped here based on the yelp reviews and were not disappointed. Excellent service and fantastic food. We ordered: Steamed Mussel Appetizer - the sauce was amazing. We loved dunking our grilled bread in it and cleaned the whole plate. They brought us extra bread :) Potato Wrapped Seabass - I'm still trying... More

Service was very friendly and excellent ( Luis ) and the wine he suggested was also great . One thing : it is quite noisy as... More

Visited with a friend, every item we had was perfect! Great arugula, tomatoes and tuna appetizers. Each item was picked at the perfect ripeness stage and peak flavor. The main courses or bigger plates were amazing. The Potato wrapped Seabass was incredible - how did they make the potatoes on the verge of crispy and the fish just perfect? Simply... More
