Super takeout menu

Really nice staff, great flavoursome skewers of pork, I recommend it's a busy restaurant and all food looked good

The food was average though the tzatziki very tasty, what lets it down is the lack of service & the decor.

I love this place. I went there twice in my week stay in SF. The chef Luiz(sp?) took good care of us! He was very helpful with dietary restrictions. The vegetarian platter was delicious with heaps of food! : dolmades, spinakopita, pita, hummus, falafel, salad with yummy dressing, feta, and awesome potato fries. yum. The interior is really cute, with... More

The food at Myconos(sic) is a not bad. The lamb was over-cooked and dry, but the salad and chips were good. The decor is straight out of the 1970s, but that's not why I give this place a one "star" rating. It seems to me that the American version of good service is when someone tops up a giant glass... We ate there for dinner, and we got the food very fast. Value for your money, we got a lot of food. Nice atmosphere, but service was not so good.

I have been going to Myconos on Polk Street, just south of California, for Greek food since I moved to the area 11 years ago. As a certified Greek-American, I have enjoyed some of the most delicious, authentic and affordable Greek food and wine there for all occasions, including many a birthday. The family-owned joint is consistent, with friendly if... More

I had the lamb shanks and they were fantastic! So tender with a great sauce. Other plates I saw go by were just as tempting. Small place, but genuine greek food.

The food was very good and authentic greek cuisine. Fresh ingredients and the salad was a work of art and very tasty. The service was fast and the meal was memorable.

I was in San Francisco for a conference and went for a walk for lunch. Came across this restaurant and went in. Grab'd a table with my colleague and ordered. To me the wait was a little long but the food was very good. It was one guy serving and one guy at the grill/kitchen. We had the Gyro lunch... More

We went to Myconos instead of Swan Oyster Depot after seeing the line. You walk in and order right at the counter. Take a seat and enjoy. The food was really good. Server could have been better, wasn't very friendly. I do recommend eating here though, great Greek food.

Staying in Nob Hill

Neighborhood Profile
Nob Hill
Swanky and stylish, Nob Hill sits in the heart of the city and is home to amazing architecture and views. The hike to the top can be a challenging workout for those who forego a cable car ride, but they will be rewarded with some of the city’s most beautiful architecture adorning its peak. Originally populated with mansions after the Gold Rush, most if not all were devastated in the 1906 earthquake and fire that followed. Luckily all is not lost; storied hotels and Grace Cathedral surround Huntington Park. Having a drink or dinner while taking in the sunset and views at the "top of the Mark" is tough to beat.
