There is no customer service...it's serve and order yourself from a buffet style line but the cooks are right there carving your beef or turkey... more

However, it is correctly in the Cow Hollow/Marina neighborhood, tucked away one door up from the corner of Chestnut and Scott, behind the Marina Deli on the Scott side of the corner. Plutos is great. They have great big salads that you can load up with everything, including steak, for a really affordable meal. The line is always long so keep that in mind if you are expecting to be in and out really fast. more
