We are staying in Japantown, saw that this Thai Resturant had gluten free options and was right across the street from our hotel. We didn't get pad Thai for the first time in a long time and were rewarded with a special dish. Khao Soi which they say is a northern Thailand dish was outstanding. The lemon flavor in a... More

We knew about this place when we last stayed in San Francisco, but ate somewhere else last time instead because we wanted to watch Sunday night football. This last week we were staying at Hotel Tomo again and this time it was raining so we decided to give them a try for dinner since it's right across the street from... More

This is the most perfect Thai restaurant we have been to! Small and popular so you better make a table reservation to be sure there is a table waiting for you ;) The Thai chicken curry puffs are to die for and my vegetarian husband also had the most perfect dinners there. Friendly staff.

This small, cutely decorated Thai restaurant has been rated locally as the best in San Francisco and I can believe it. The menu is an eclectic assortment which should satisfy anyone (whether a fan of Thai or not). We love Thai cooking and the flavors are authentic without being overly spiced. The service is VERY friendly, attentive and accurate. They... More

The best place on earth with NO comparison is Krung Thai on Winchester/Forest in SJ/Santa Clara, CA...nothing measures up to it...I'm biased! Told ya!! I had red curry with Tofu. It was good...but only "good"...had it been at Krung Thai on Winchester and Forest in San Jose....it would have been excellent. So...I really should not be writing reviews on Thai... More

The Thai food here is fantastic. The flavors are a little different from the regular Thai place around the city so it's definitely worth a trip over to Japantown. The chicken yellow curry is especially great - it's not the usual heavy sauced curry but it's light with a nice citrus undertone. The rest of the dishes are fantastic -... More

Great pad Thai, cold Singha beer. Not your average Thai place. Creative, changing menu. Real good food! !

My husband and I were in the area to apply for Chinese visas. Went there for lunch and it blew our mind. We actually went back again when we went to pick up our visas. Got red curry -- best curry ever. Pad thai is decently good, too.

We were one of the last customers of the night at Jitlada, so when we ordered the sticky black rice with mango the owner came to us saying the mangoes may not be fresh enough any more, but she would try to make it anyway. What we got was THE most delicious dish I have ever eaten in my life.... More
