This was our first dinner in San Francisco and it did not disappoint ! I had shrimp tacos and they were incredible, it is a small place though so be prepared to wait if your trying it out at a prime time.

We went for lunch just as it opened. It was a small location (but cozy!), and the service was quick. We tried a variety of foods and all were incredible! We especially loved the edamame, the ahi tuna poke salad, (the chips that came with it were so yummy!) and the Thai coconut shrimp. Everything was fresh and the flavored... More

This is a local fave for me and my husband. Tiny, crowded, casual, super fresh and very fast service. The flavors range from pan pacific to Baja Mexican ... All good, light and balanced. Never had a bad meal here. Great service too!

Tried to book this after seeing great reviews on trip advisor but unfortunately they didn't take bookings - said we'd probably have a 20 min wait. When we got there it was smaller than we expected - only 5 covers. A lot of take away business from locals. We waited about 45 mins. Once in everything from start to finish... More

We wanted a light lunch before heading out that afternoon to a Spa. This small restaurant seemed to offer a lot of options for both healthy and tasty. It did not disappoint. The fresh vegetables in the salad were so fresh and the calamari tasty. A wonderful dipping sauce. But even a good food experience can be tainted by poor... More

Came for a late lunch and had a seat at the counter. Its a bit warm with the grill there but was interesting to watch them cook. Service was attentive and friendly. The fish tacos were excellent but the fish and chips stole the show. Some of the best I've ever had. I only wish I lived closer so I... More

Arrived without a reservation and had to wait about 30 minutes before being seated at the counter. The service was really pleasant with time being taken to explain all the nights specials. The food arrived promptly and was really good, justifying the wait. Excellent value for money and would definitely recommend, but maybe call ahead first.

Pacific catch had amazing tacos. however the wait time was torturous considering we hadn't eaten for over 8 hours because of our traveling. The wait staff were wonderful and very attentive. They catered to us more than I had expected. My two young daughters said they really liked their food too. Our food came super quick and it was perfect... More

Staying in Marina District

Neighborhood Profile
Marina District
Beautiful homes, beautiful people, and a beautiful backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge welcome visitors to the Marina. Originally the location for the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915 (whose remnants can be seen at the Palace of Fine Arts), much of the land was filled and flattened to accommodate a world’s fair. That ample space has given way to a jogger’s paradise at the northern edge of the city. With the picturesque bay setting as its backdrop, it’s no surprise that the area has hosted numerous movie productions. Daytime activities focus on café culture and boutique shopping, while the evenings turn this neighborhood into a party-going hotspot.
