I had dinner at Pacific Catch with two others. We got a table right away and our server was so, so nice and attentive. And the food...some of the best fish dishes I have had in a long time! You could go to a $$$$ restaurant and get the same quality at triple the price. We had the Wasabi Bowl... More

We had lunch in the restaurant. It was not busy so we could get a table easily. We ordered the Hawaiian poke. It's a dish with 3 raw fish dishes. It's great and I can advice this. It's a light lunch meal in stead of all those heavy burgers ;-) Deserts are also great. A bit to much after lunch... More

This is a great place to go for a wide variety of options. The salads are very good/a nice break if you've been eating heavier fare. The service has been just about perfect every time we've been there.

Hole in the wall that serves up Poke bowls, Korean barbecue and great fish and chips. Limited seating. In a very walkable neighborhood. We went twice in one trip, it was so good

We walked by in the morning and decided to come here for dinner. We waited about 45 minutes outside with our 3 kids. Hubs and I took turns walking with them up and down the strip. At the 45 minute mark, we noticed our table was being taken. There was a mix up and another server gave our table away.... More

While staying in Marina district, we popped into Pacific Catch for our first dinner in SF. The cozy place was able to quickly get us a table for 2, and help us with the menu despite being quite busy! This was our first time trying poke ("po-keh"), and it was quite good in my opinion. The poke salad and Hawaiian... More

I would go there for lunch to avoid the crowds. Fish tacos are great, but all dishes wonderful. We sat at the bar and watched the chef make the fool. I would definitely go back.

Food was generally good, like higher end tavern food that's common now (fish tacos, ahi poke, etc). The place is tiny and if it's cold the door brings in a strong draft so try to avoid sitting right in front of the door. Better for really small groups of four or less. Carrot Ginger soup with Coconut Shrimp was good.... More

Staying in Marina District

Neighborhood Profile
Marina District
Beautiful homes, beautiful people, and a beautiful backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge welcome visitors to the Marina. Originally the location for the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915 (whose remnants can be seen at the Palace of Fine Arts), much of the land was filled and flattened to accommodate a world’s fair. That ample space has given way to a jogger’s paradise at the northern edge of the city. With the picturesque bay setting as its backdrop, it’s no surprise that the area has hosted numerous movie productions. Daytime activities focus on café culture and boutique shopping, while the evenings turn this neighborhood into a party-going hotspot.
