delightful - all around!

In February, NBCNews did a piece on Zazie - because this tiny bistro in The Haight area of San Francisco offers its staff full benefits. This is on of the finest French restaurants I have had to pleasure dine in. Not only is the atmosphere quaint, the waitress we had spoke french which made the experience even more special. I ordered grilled mascarpone polenta cakes with wilted spinach, portobello mushrooms, gorgonzola, with a spicy tomato chèvre sauce. Magnifique! Really enjoyed all the flavors. The polenta... More

We were taken to Zazie by a friend on a Sunday night and loved it! It's small and intimate with heated outdoor seating. We opted to stay indoors as it was quite cool that night. The 3 of us all loved our meals. I had the lamb and eggplant terrine which was outstanding! Would love to find the recipe. My... More

We were recommended this place for Sunday brunch and it lived up to expectations. On Saturday afternoon we tried to book somewhere and kept coming up against either full places or others not taking bookings but Zazie's said if we get there just before opening time we shouldn't have too long to wait. (We had a flight to catch.) On... More

What can I say other than echo what has already been said? You can't go wrong with this place as a choice for brunch - lots of choice, friendly service, delicious food and a great atmosphere. Loved sitting out on the terrace, and I've sat on many a terrace (lol)

This goes down AMAs one of the best meals my husband and I ever had. My husband started with the Zazie salad (which he claims was the best salad he's ever eaten) and I had the French onion soup (which was divine). My husband had the pork chop and I had the ravioli. Both were delicious and we finished with... More

Ate brunch here on President's day. First come first served so be sure to put your name on the list and don't wander away. We waiting about 30 minutes but it was worth it. Zazie offers many familiar brunch foods with inventive and flavourful twists. The food is awesome, the portions are generous but not obscene and the service was excellent.... More

I didn't want to eat that much for that meal. When I found out I could have one egg for eggs Benedict I was delighted and that they added a green salad to that was even better. I had the egg crab meat. Yummy! I will certainly be going back there for more!

On our return home from New Zealand, we had a layover. So we went to this small Restaurant and had a great meal at a very reasonable price. What a treat it was after a 13 hour flight
