A great spot for a romantic dinner. In nice weather you can dine on the outdoor patio. A very European vibe with good service and excellent French Bistro-style food.

After watching "Check Please Bay Area" my wife and I who love Paris and love French food drove 1 hour to have dinner at Baker Street Bistro. The place is cute and the staff is wonderful. Owner, David, was unfortunately not there that night. Escargot was great except that the snail itself was lukewarm almost cold inside the hot melted... More

One of my favorite restaurants in San Francisco. Excellent food and great staff. The ambiance is wonderful and the decor is very rustic and fun. A fantastic place to have brunch or meet up with friends. I recommend the moules and the eggs Benedict.

What a gem of a place. Small storefront place tucked into a quiet neighborhood in San Francisco. Went with another couple and had a marvelous time. Never rushed, we spent two hours eating drinking and catching up. The waitress was helpful and courteous. I had the mussels in wine sauce, a house specialty. The pile of mussels was huge and... Again, in the Presido area around the corner from our hotel we found the Baker Street Bistro. The service and food were great. The waitress was very knowledgable and suggested a great white wine for our meal. It was a little pricey however it was well worth the cost. After a disappointing lunch at Fishermen's Wharf we were very pleased... More

Tho the food was ok not stellar, soup was a purée veggies, but tasted like beans! A huge bowl a mussels were not that tasty tho... More

We went for lunch. It was so frustrating as there were too many things on the menu we wanted to order. Husband had the Croque Madame and I had the Croque Monsieur. They were the BEST we'd ever had. Buttered bread that had been lightly grilled, filled with sweet, moist ham and cheese, topped with bechamael sauce, with another piece... More

My friend and I enjoyed a really lovely dinner at Baker Street Bistro. The food is great- it is French and both of our meals were delicious. The wine list was good and we had a great sauvignon blanc. The host/waiter was a busy man that night, and he was charming and provided great service. We sat outside, it was... More
