This restaurant is sooo good!! At least the crabs and the garlic noodle I had were. I recommend the Roasted crabs and the Pepper crabs and of course the garlic noodles! And they do not have a corkage fee. Will go back!

Came by here with my husband and 2 of our friends on a Friday evening a little before 7 pm. Unfortunately we did not know that we needed reservations, but luckily there was more than enough tables upstairs. At first when we came up here (all the lights were off), I thought we would get bad service because I just... More

Went here with my family, mainly for the soft shell crab that's in season and served here fried as a starter. We were happy with that, other dishes were not so memorable and a bit pricey for what they were. Papaya salad with beef had no trace of papaya and was a bit of a rip off for almost 10... More

If you're in the mood for crabs, head straight to PPQ. Our party ordered the roasted crab and peppercorn crab; both were excellent (IMO, better than R&G's). If I had to pick just one though, I would go for the peppercorn crab. You cannot go wrong pairing it with either garlic noodles or crab meat fried rice. Since I'm into carbs,... More

AMAZING! Our friend, a native San Franciscan ;), brought us here to eat. Giant crabs! Delicious garlic noodles! This is one of the meals I would eat if it was my last day on earth! Must go!

I was craving steamed crab on my visit to San Francisco, and my friends were craving Asian food. So I did a quick search and found this place online. Everyone was glad that I found it because this place serves the best steamed whole crab in the city. We were there for lunch on Saturday, and there were only a... More

The only reason this place doesn't get an excellent rating is that it is insanely loud in there. You can't hear yourself talk with all the noisiness of the other patrons. But you come here for the crab. The black pepper crab is my favorite and the garlic noodles are a must! Starting with spring rolls and a papaya salad--you... More

Wow, their reputation for great crab is well deserved. The roast crab is plump and moist and beautifully prepared with a delicious garlic sauce. I have had it prepared others ways there -- all great. Come with more people so you can try it various ways. You don't come here for great ambiance or service. Just for the wonderful crab.... More

It starts with the host who was unfriendly and appeared to be pissed off. We were told a 30-minute wait but it was more like 45 minutes since it looks like he skipped us for his friends. There was no way to tell since he kept his wait list secret!!! The food is great. Their peppercorn crab and garlic noodles... More
