I liked the restaurant and good but my friend did not. We had two good apps - tuna and carpaccio. I ordered the pasta and my friend had quail, which was very chewy. Expensive

We spent a delightful evening with friends, sat outside with the darkening sky, a city hawk sitting rooftop nearby. The food was delicious (we tried lots of appetizers and shared) and even with lots of food and wine, our bill was a reasonable (considering the type of restaurant and food quality) $200 for 4. It was a splurge, but worth... More

The food was good but very expensive. The atmosphere was loud so you could watch the film but couldn't really hear the film. That being said, i'd try it at least once for the experience.

Four of us had different appetizers and entrees - they were barely edible and quite expensive for what they were. My husband had a kale caesar salad and then dry over fried chicken. I had 2 appetizers that were so so. They think they are cool because of the atmosphere, but it misses. In addition, when the bill came, we... More

Two different people recommended me this place. Since it is located in Mission, don't expect the fanciest thing, but unexpected, surprisingly good food, super cool place and hip ppl around you. Youngsters as well as old intellectuals and whoever you're with will enjoy it. There is a inside patio, decorated with lights and a huge wall where you can watch a foreign movie. The service... More

Such a great place- can't wait to go again. Many of our guests said it was the best Kobe beef they've ever had. Yummy drink selection, great food, awesome service. Very cool place!

Neighborhood Profile
Mission District
From burritos to bicyclists, the Mission is the foundation for all things hip in the city. Cultural attractions, an independent arts community, sumptuous street murals and a high density of bars and cafes make this neighborhood a magnet for young people. While terrific inexpensive food is abundant, its top-of-the-line restaurants now compete with the city’s best for fashionable diners. Indulge as the locals do by heading to Mission Dolores Park, buy some ice cream, and savor one of the most diverse neighborhoods in the country.
