Try the roasted chicken and add the sauce trio...anyone will love this. Other offerings for the more adventurous. We stepped in for lunch and were very glad we did. Later, our South American relative told us that this is a very authentic representative of this cuisine. Enjoy!

I went with group of friends, and the menu seemed nice, however I think the food is good, but the portion it very small, they do good and interesting food though.

We went here on a Friday night before an art show and didn't have reservations but got in because it was early enough...however I do recommend reservations because it got very crowded. It's a Peruvian rotisserie restaurant and I have a feeling it may be owned by a Giants player due to the Giants paraphernalia that was on the walls... More

Limon was recommended to us by a friend and it didn't disappoint. For those visiting SF there are so many places (especially in the Mission District). Limon was refreshingly different cuisine with excellent food and service.

I go here from time to time, since it's close to home. It's pretty good, and the ceviche portions are generous. Kind of hit or miss on freshness, not the best ceviche I've ever had in my entire life, but generally ok. The empanadas are nice, if a bit greasy.

There are getting to be more pollerias (South American roast chicken restaurants) than you can shake a stick at, in San Francisco and in the Mission in particular. This is definitely one of the better ones!

We ate here twice (once on Van Ness and once on Fillmore St). Very good food, great setting, pisco sours were divine! not a cheap eats place, but authentic peruvian food!

Was seated upstairs with 2 other large parties. Had the tasting menu. The ceviches, and the other dishes were very good, but the star of the evening was the roasted chicken. Now you say, really the chicken?? This chicken is amazing, perfectly seasoned, falling off the bone. It was our last course, and we were pretty full, but we ordered... More

It is basically Peruvian food and it is fixed like no other. The flavors are remarkable, and the pricing is reasonable.

Had dinner here with my mom who was vising and my roommate. The food was great, as were the cocktails. I especially reccomend the ceviche, probably the best ceviche I've ever had. The beef stir fried dish was great too.
