Not a basic dinner...Loved it!

Asia SF was fun! I celebrated my birthday by having dinner there at the 7:15pm dinner show in August 2015. It was very worth the $49. You get an app, main course and dessert. For my app: I ordered the Tamarind Chicken Satays, tasted good...it was on the chilled side, but I'm not sure if that is the... read more

My friends brought me here for my birthday. It was super fun! Entering this place from downtown SF, I felt a bit of culture shock! The first thing you notice is how beautiful everyone in there is. The second is that feeling of inadequacy as a woman (hahahaha). Jk, I was in too much shock over how beautiful the women... More

An experience unlike no other. This restaurant/nightclub features an amazing line-up of transgender women performers and a fixed menu of delicious food. Our party had 3 vegetarians in it and the place was very accommodating and careful to prepare meatless dishes. The women are gorgeous and talented and you will have a great time. Be prepared to possibly participate, especially... More

Don't waste you money here, This place has poor food, is too crowded to enjoy yourself, and the wait staff is not enough people.

Food was subpar, service was poor, the entertainment was okay. For the price of the show, I would have expected the food and service to be better. Way to crowded at our table, they oversell the show then expect others to scrunch in.

I've been to Asia SF several times throughout the years. Recently, I came with a big group for a birthday dinner. We had the set package food, which was good. The show is the reason to come here. These ladies are gorgeous and can dance. It really is a fun place to celebrate a birthday or have a bachelorette party.... More

My best friend and his partner are getting married, so we came for a Bachelor Party Dinner. The food is Asian Fusion and we chose a 14 course family style menu. All of it was very good,: but the best part is the Cabaret Show that goes on while you eat!!! So many impersonations, but Rhihana's "Umbrella" and also "I... More

I walked into Asia SF by accident. I was in the area and was really hungry so I went in to the bar to have a snack. I didn't know what was going on but someone told me the show was starting soon. Intrigued, I ordered some food and waited to see what would happen. Without spoiling the show for... More

So our Uber driver told us that this was a popular spot and we went on Saturday night at 9:15. The earlier dinner crowd was still seated so they routed us downstairs to a club to listen to music. So it was kind of like doing things backwards, clubbing before dinner and a show, but I had a GREAT time... More

Staying in SoMa

Neighborhood Profile
SoMa
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighborhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighborhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
