Great Dinner!

Great service. Great food. We sat in the front near bar. Not a good area to sit. Did not like the seating with 9 year old child. Main dining room was much nicer. Pasta was very tasty and generous portions of crab. Calamari very tasty. The Tiramisu was excellent for dessert. Recommend asking for... read more

We visited as family , location is just at the middle of shopping centers, food is average italian, cute and small restaurant but service is very slow. Drink menu is average, too noisy also. Good place for shoppers but not for dinner.

We should have gone with our "gut" feelings when we first entered this restaurant. Staff acted like they could care less if there were customers in the restaurant or not. Our waiter was just cold and acted like he was doing us a huge favor by even serving us. Then the food came.... Pretty average to say the least. What... More

We were staying nearby and stopped for dinner on a Sunday night without reservations. We took seats at the bar since it was just us two and we were feeling a casual vibe. The bartender was nice but hands-off in the best way. We enjoyed great cocktails, and nibbled on carpaccio, beet salad, a ravioli special, and tiramisu. This ended... More

This is a very good restaurant in the heart of San Francisco. Good service. The menu is Italian with plenty of choices. It's worth trying. The fried calamari was fantastic

Was anxious to visit Kuleto's again have been away from SF for the past four years. We were not disappointed , had three meals a 25 person catered event, breakfast and a quiet dinner for two in four days. As far as I am concerned the best Italian by far in the City, service, atmosphere, food just superb. I have... More

Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Fairly priced. Would visit again without doubt. Lovely staff and good attention to detail. The seafood options were fresh and delicious. Really interesting decor too.

Stayed in San Francisco for 4 days to break the journey on a long haul flight back to NZ. We came across Kuleto's and were made to feel really welcome. The atmosphere, the staff, the cuisine was the best! When we go back to SF we will definitely head back there.

We have been here many times in the past when we lived in the area. On a recent return trip, we stopped in just for a glass of wine and decided to stay for dinner -- at the bar! We had great conversation with fellow visitors and also a great bartender, Jerry. I always ask the server what the best... More

Living in Italy and being used to good local food I am often critical of Italian quisine abroad where ever it maybe. I usually do as the saying suggests when in Rome do as the roman's do! generally local food what ever it may be is usuallly better than Italian variations that are proposed whether it be Hongkong or London...
