A lovely restaurant with white tablecloths and friendly servers with dim sum carts to blow your mind! Delicious little pockets of love, in every flavor! The garlic/bacon green beans are delicious. Try some cold saki with your meal. This was one of our favorite stops in San Fran.

The food is always consistently good. This is certainly one of the best places to have Dim Sum in the city. This is a well oiled machine and handles huge volumes of people at meal times. I love coming here.

We went as a last minute decision before we caught our plane home. It was my wife, our two toddlers and myself. Family of four. The price was over $100.00 They charge $6 per piece of peking duck and the Shiao Long Bao was $13 for six. We were hoping for more variety since I read somewhere they offered over... More

Enjoyed a fantastic dim sum brunch at Yank Sign while on holiday with the family, and thoroughly enjoyed the meal, service and overall experience. They carry many of the typical standards but had some nice creative or different choices that we'd not seen before, which made for a nicely balanced meal. Price is higher than your typical Chinatown type place,... More

I came here for lunch on the recommendation of many friends. The food was delicious. The dim sum was well cooked, fresh and tasty. Most of the servers were helpful. One or two were a bit pushy with their selections. The food was great, the atmosphere fun and I would definitely return. It was a bit pricey but so worth... More

It was an amazing experience. The rolling carts filled with amazing Dim Sum. Mouth watering..The best Jasmine Tea I have ever had. Their signature dumpling was amazing. Filled with pork and broth. you eat it from a spoon with red ginger sauce and shredded ginger. An explosion of tastes hits your pallet. They are open from 10:30am to 3:00pm and 4pm... More

I have been to this restaurant in the past (but not in the past 10 years) and have always considered it above average. This visit, though, the food was just mediocre....maybe they have a new chef? Don't know why, but I will not re-visit. First off --- the decor is nice; and the servers bring carts around and serve you.... More

We weren’t really sure what to expect when we arrived for lunch at Yank Sing. We walked in and found that it was nice and bright, very clean, and appreciated the linen table cloths. Much to our surprise, we did not order off a menu. Instead carts were pushed around the restaurant and ladies would stop and your table and... More

My wife and I returned to SF after 30 years, greatly anticipating good Chinese food. Yank Sing was a disappointment. The food was bland, sauces of no interest, service verged on pushy, table bussing non existent. Pricing for SF wasn't bad, but was way too much for the food on offer. I'm certain there are better Chinese restaurants, and will... More
