It was an amazing experience. The rolling carts filled with amazing Dim Sum. Mouth watering..The best Jasmine Tea I have ever had. Their signature dumpling was amazing. Filled with pork and broth. you eat it from a spoon with red ginger sauce and shredded ginger. An explosion of tastes hits your pallet. They are open from 10:30am to 3:00pm and 4pm... More

I have been to this restaurant in the past (but not in the past 10 years) and have always considered it above average. This visit, though, the food was just mediocre....maybe they have a new chef? Don't know why, but I will not re-visit. First off --- the decor is nice; and the servers bring carts around and serve you.... More

We weren’t really sure what to expect when we arrived for lunch at Yank Sing. We walked in and found that it was nice and bright, very clean, and appreciated the linen table cloths. Much to our surprise, we did not order off a menu. Instead carts were pushed around the restaurant and ladies would stop and your table and... More

My family and I had lunch here last week. I must say the food was wonderful!! The atmosphere is a little pushy but the food is fantastic! It is pricey but worth it!

My wife and I returned to SF after 30 years, greatly anticipating good Chinese food. Yank Sing was a disappointment. The food was bland, sauces of no interest, service verged on pushy, table bussing non existent. Pricing for SF wasn't bad, but was way too much for the food on offer. I'm certain there are better Chinese restaurants, and will... More

This restaurant has a wonderful selection of tasty dim sum, but being a New Yorker who has spent many mornings enjoying the dim sum in Flushing, Queens, I have to say this was no better, no worse. If the wasn't all the way on the other side of the country I'd swear they get their dim sum from the same... More

In town for a wedding and seeing the sites. Nothing in China Town looked appealing. 9 adults and 2 two-year olds descended on this unsuspecting, but eminently well prepared, traditional dim sum restaurant early afternoon on Sunday. Service, food and ambiance were all top rate. Everyone in the party, or at least those able to voice an opinion, came away... More

We lived within walking distance to Boston's Chinatown. Sunday mornings usually found is eating dim s in Boston's finest. Yank Sing was better than our best memories. Trip Advisor reviews did not disappoint. Especially note-worthy are steamed barbecue buns, sticky rice and the not-to-be-missed

Yank Sing offers the most flavorful and freshest dimsum this side of the world. Authentic Chinese ingredients go into every roll and mound and square of these little delights. Be sure to be there early for lunch though because this resto is always, yes always filled to capacity!

This is by far the cleanest and nicest dim sum restaurant I have been to. It's quite fancy actually compared to the old and traditional Chinese restaurants in china town but they do serve great dim sum here and they provide you with the real dim sum "fast" service too. Yes their price is a bit more than the usual... More
