Joined two knowledgable locals for dinner at this, their favorite Italian restaurant in San Francisco. Spectacular food! Salads are tasty, fresh and creative. Wine list was expansive, well-picked and contained premium wines at reasonable prices, by the glass or bottle. Pasta all homemade and cooked to perfection. Flavor was operative word for all dishes we were served. Two bottles of... More

We had dinner here on our wedding night. Everything was delicious. We did make reservations a few weeks earlier, as it was Saturday night. We arrived early for our reservation and they brought us a bottle of wine in the hotel lobby while we waited. There were 6 of us and we all ordered different meals and they were all... More

The bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Complimentary wine if you are part of the hotel guest list and very nice staff. The food was authentic and a fantastic experience.

First night we went it was packed and they could not find us a table - a good sign as other we had passed had plenty of space. We booked for the next night and had a great meal. Again it was full and the atmosphere was friendly and the service good. We had the seafood linguini which although expensive... More

My wife and I were in town restaurant hunting, we found a good trip rec next to our hotel. Disappointing at best. We walked in and got sat right away in a busy and full restaurant. Hostess was nice but seemed unhappy with us being that we didn't have a reservation. The service was a repeat show that couldn't be... More

Service was sub par, wine selection sad and food was edible. Would venture elsewhere if I could press the reset button on my stomach, but it got the job done.

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel (the Adagio which was also awesome) and just a couple blocks walk. We did not have a reservation and a Thursday night but it was only a short wait for a table. I ordered the scallops and linguine which came with wonderful Swiss chard also. I can't tell you how good this meal... More

I ate here alone when I was in the city on business and it was superb. The service was lovely. I had the three cheese ravioli and would definitely go back for more.

A small Italian restaurant near Union Square. We arrived without ordering (not recommended) and luckily found a table. The Pasta (with Bacon and cream) was delicious, the sauce was great and the dish was quite big. My friend ordered Pasta Bolognese and really enjoyed and no doubt you can taste the pastas are hand-made and very fresh. Recommended if you're... More
