Good sushi in a trendy environment

Ryoko is a hipster joint with pop music but the sushi is actually pretty good. The have the standard items and a couple of specialties like jumping tuna that is really good. The sashimi is pretty solid although the salmon didn't seem as fresh as the Hamachi. Would go again but get there early... read more

Pro: incredible sushi!! Con: long wait, was really hot in there, and had a slight funky smell like old carpet or something.

Biggest perk of Ryoko is the late night availability and long opening hourse. Cant even tell you how many times I ended up here from a night out. Guys are nice and the food is good!

This little joint does have a very enjoyable good food and great service, but the price is hurting, and if you come over late, prepare for line up

Had to go to this restaurant after noticing the constant line in front. The sushi was excellent! They have a great selection of cooked food also, which is great to share. Service was excellent and efficient. I would suggest getting there just before they open at 6:00, to get in at the first seating. They do not take reservations. Reasonable... More

Every time I go here, two things: really great sushi, plus a long wait (often 45+ min). It's popular- with good reason. Go early, or try to get a seat at the bar (though that's hard too). You really can't go wrong with any of the food. Favorites: hamachi or yellowfin (sashimi); soft shell crab roll, shrimp roll, pretty much... More

We had the sashimi and a California roll plate here and the food was amazing. Very good portions and very fresh. I tried the warm sake which was yummy and nice to go along with the food. Definitely worth the wait. Service was efficient and we didn't wait long for our food once at our table.

Fresh excellent sushi! Had a hard time ordering as no one spoke English (Japanese only). But it was fresh, and yummy. The restaurant was downstairs, lively, small, and crowded, but super good. Our concierge recommended Ryoko's and we are glad we did. Yum!

Looking for some good sushi around town, we were close by Ryoko's and decided to give it a try. Right off the bat there was a 20 minute wait, which excited me, so we signed up and put our name on the list. Some time later, felt less then 20, we got seated in the back with a table for... More

This place is so fantastic. The rolls are yummy and the seafood fresh. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a Japanese fix.
