*Relatively cheap compared to other restaurants in San Fran *Cozy atmosphere *Liked seeing the kitchen right at the front of the restaurant *Long wait (though it was a Friday night @ 7PM) *Pizza was good - crust was very good! (We're from Chicago so we know our pizza)

Needed a to go pizza to top up after a lacklustre meal at Bellinis down the hill. The queue outside testified to the great value and quality.

This little shop has a line out the door on a regular basis, and it is worth waiting for. Great food, affordable prices, and excellent service await you inside. More than just pizza/Italian dishes await you.

We were staying at The Orchard just across the street (great hotel, separate review) and always saw a line so we were curious. The place has no character and is quite small but the pizza was great. We ordered a medium size pizza with our own choice of topping (Canadian bacon and mushrooms) and we loved it, especially the thin... More

We were lucky and got a table without waiting. Don't be put off with people around doorway as they also do takeaway. Menu was basic but covered all the bases. We thought the house wine was a very reasonable price. Our food was hot and tasty and staff were pleasant enough. We were staying in nearby hotel.

Pizza was ok (I`m from Montreal with a huge Italian population so I`m spoiled) and service was not bad.

When we saw people sort of jammed at the entrance of the place, we assumed they were all waiting for a table. But don't be discouraged. There is a small, narrow entrance to the pizzeria and that small space is shared with patrons waiting for take out as well as those waiting for one of the few tables. Our wait... More

There is no atmosphere to this place. The menu is pretty run-of-the-mill Italian. The food was just OK, nothing more. The service was good. Prices were reasonable. It was OK but we won't hurry back.

Very popular pizza place on Powell at Bush. Cable car stops right outside. Lots of pizza choices, and very good. Also great salads and sides. Upstairs seating as well as main floor. Get's very crowded, but prices are very reasonable.

Staying in Nob Hill

Neighborhood Profile
Nob Hill
Swanky and stylish, Nob Hill sits in the heart of the city and is home to amazing architecture and views. The hike to the top can be a challenging workout for those who forego a cable car ride, but they will be rewarded with some of the city’s most beautiful architecture adorning its peak. Originally populated with mansions after the Gold Rush, most if not all were devastated in the 1906 earthquake and fire that followed. Luckily all is not lost; storied hotels and Grace Cathedral surround Huntington Park. Having a drink or dinner while taking in the sunset and views at the "top of the Mark" is tough to beat.
