The dry-fried spicy, sweet chicken wings are to die for

The dry-fried glazed chicken wings are spicy, sweet and addictive at this Inner Sunset, San Francisco no frills spot. There’s also a wide selection of noodle dishes to choose from and the portions are generous. Go with a group to share and sample a variety of dishes.

We had a hour long wait, but the chicken wings were definitely worth it! We also had the green beans and dumplings. All were delicious! The place was a little loud and crazy but that was part of the fun!

This place is always packed... a good indicator of how good their food is. Their specialty, the chicken wings, are fantastic. They also have some Chinese dishes popular with Koreans (which I am) -- black bean noodles, sweet and sour pork/beef, jjampong (spicy, mixed seafood/meat soup noodles). We try to make multiple trips to this place whenever we visit SF.

While looking for something to eat, we came across a huge crowd of people waiting for the restaurant to open up. We didn't understand what the fuss was about so we asked around and we were told they offer the best chicken wings in town. We decided to give it a try. There are 2 restaurants just next to each... I've been to San Tung 3 times, but I won't get duped by positive reviews or lines out the door again and won't return. We had to write our name on the board, wait for a bit, and for what? Seriously, what are people raving about and waiting for?!? Has the cult of San Tung brainwashed that many people? The... More

I usually don't care for Chinese food but these place is pretty good. I love their chicken wings and I love the black bean noodles. Service was eh as they were busy and some seemingly weren't great at English. They were pretty busy so don't be surprised if you're splitting tables with other people.

Went for a late lunch, around 2:30, but still had to sign up on the white board because no tables were available. It was around a 10-minute wait, so it wasn't bad at all. We had a quick look at the menu and ordered #6, the black beans noodles (dry) and the fried chicken wings (dry also) #72. We thought... More

All food was great! Price-quality relation is good, the chicken wings is a must, try to visit it at 5pm in order to avoid long waiting lines.
