Went here on Saturday mid afternoon for the all-day happy hour menu, which we have enjoyed many times before. Walked in, sat in bar area, given full menu (even brunch menu) and once we told Joe the waiter we wanted the happy hour menu, his face deflated and we seemed to fade into the wallpaper. We ordered the appetizers which... More

We reserved a table for 6 for 2 birthdays, followed by a Giant's game at ATT Park. Our reservation was immediately honored as soon as our party all stepped into the waiting area. The service was exceptional — the waiter was attentive, and also sensitive to our game time. Extra bread, drink refills, etc. were completed without having to ask.... More

Liked the location, the outside area, the patio heaters, the view of the Bay Bridge, the menu. Lovely calamari to start and pork loin for main was excellent. And reasonably priced as well.

My cheeseburger was very good, and I was able to take home half of it to warm up for dinner. The shoestring-type French fries were so good. I was most impressed with the service. We were a tour group of 33 people with time constraints, and they worked very hard to serve us quickly. This was the second time I... More

I first went to this place back in 2001 and it still delights. We had a very large business dinner here and really enjoyed the experience. The food was very good. The views of the San Francisco Bay and the bridge were breathtaking. The clear highlight of the night, was the 1/2 price bottles of wine. At the time that... More

Total bill 178$ . Ouch fBooked in advance for NYE due to perfect location to watch fireworks. Was seated on time, nice waiter. Here the good part... More

The restaurant in a in terrific location. That's about the only thing terrific about it. Champagne was served in a wine glass and was a bit short. It took 45 minutes for one of the appetizers to be served, which came along with luke-warm soup and a salad. About 3 minutes later our entrees came along with the bruschetta. The... More

This bar/restaurant was recommended to us on a gourmet site and said it had great cocktails. The location is very good but the cocktails are terrible. I ordered a raspberry mojito and it was the sweetest, most synthetic tasting drink I've ever had. Obviously made with a cheap mix. I told the server and she just shrugged and said mojitos... More

Our second time to eat here in San Francisco...we came in by Ferry to the Ferry Building and short walk to Palomino restaurant....great service, indoor or outdoor with heaters seating(have done both now) and the food was excellent.
