I recently joined a group of old friends for a lunchon at Palomino's. The waitress was very nice - gave us all the time we wanted to converse. Made suggestions from the menu, which was quite expansive and when the food was ordered it was delivered promptly. We all we enjoyed our meal . . The facilities are upscale and... More

I brought my niece here on her first trip to SF from Nashville for her birthday and it was one of the high points of her trip. Although it was a very busy evening, we got a great table on the patio with a gorgeous view of the bridge. Better yet, we had Lisa for our server - the perfect... More

This was a lovely little restaurant, with fantastic views of the bay bridge. It was rather quiet, but the food was very good. The service was very strange though - they were trying to clear away all plates before we'd even finished the last mouthful.

Again, a fantastic experience here at Palomino's, San Francisco. Despite our reservation being at 730, they were able to seat us about 30 minutes early...a great table, extraordinary view, Lucy was an excellent/fun waitress, and the food was great! Wednesdays are half-price wine bottle all day, and the entrees were phenomenal..only drawback--the truffled deviled eggs were not quite up to... More

Came here for apps and drinks before a show in the City. The service was good. Appetizers were a little below standard for what should be a very good restaurant. Kinda TGIF'ish and nothing special or especially tasty. Had lunch here a month or so later and also found that to be a bit bland...need to work on the menu...almost... More

Went here on Saturday mid afternoon for the all-day happy hour menu, which we have enjoyed many times before. Walked in, sat in bar area, given full menu (even brunch menu) and once we told Joe the waiter we wanted the happy hour menu, his face deflated and we seemed to fade into the wallpaper. We ordered the appetizers which... More

We reserved a table for 6 for 2 birthdays, followed by a Giant's game at ATT Park. Our reservation was immediately honored as soon as our party all stepped into the waiting area. The service was exceptional — the waiter was attentive, and also sensitive to our game time. Extra bread, drink refills, etc. were completed without having to ask.... More

Liked the location, the outside area, the patio heaters, the view of the Bay Bridge, the menu. Lovely calamari to start and pork loin for main was excellent. And reasonably priced as well.

My cheeseburger was very good, and I was able to take home half of it to warm up for dinner. The shoestring-type French fries were so good. I was most impressed with the service. We were a tour group of 33 people with time constraints, and they worked very hard to serve us quickly. This was the second time I... More

I first went to this place back in 2001 and it still delights. We had a very large business dinner here and really enjoyed the experience. The food was very good. The views of the San Francisco Bay and the bridge were breathtaking. The clear highlight of the night, was the 1/2 price bottles of wine. At the time that... More
