If you love garlic this is the place to go! Even if you don't love garlic, you should go there too! The decorations in the restaurant are quirky which adds to the charm. The food was very good. I highly recommend the Neon Ravioli. Our 10 year old, non garlic loving daughter got the Margherita pizza and loved it. There... More

The Stinking Rose is a culinary 'must-visit' in San Francisco and rightly so. We dropped in mid week and, although the restaurant was busy, it was not packed and we were seated right away. The service was extremely efficient without being over bearing or intrusive. This was my first visit so I had to try the prime rib which was... More

Great food, large portions. Family of 5 and we bought 2 meals and an appetizer and we were more than full. Pretty expensive but it was a splurge.

We had called in for a drink early afternoon and barman very attentive so decided to book for dinner later. We both had the prime rib which was mediocre. My husband and I are both lovers of garlic , there was even garlic in the bloody Mary's ! With all the lovely places to eat in SF, I would not... More

We were a big group of 22,for dinner. I absolutely love garlic, and the bagna calda appetizer consisting of whole garlic cloves, eaten with bread, was heavenly. The main courses of lamb, short ribs, chicken all had the same soft garlic cloves on the side or on top. I wonder, have they ever considered trying frying the garlic? Those in our... More

If u are a garlic lover don't miss out this place. The menu is not the cheapest but it's worth every penny. The smell in that place is unbelievable not to mention the flavors. But again only if u are a garlic lover. P.s don't miss out the garlic ice cream - pretty unique
