Wow oysters

Beautiful view of the Oakland bridge and the bay. Great oysters, large choice. Service is good. Sitting at the bar, watching oysters opening is the best spot ! The po'boy is so good.... Highly recommended.

Nice view, service was fine. There were only 5-6 varieties of oysters which was less than I had read elsewhere. The Hog Island variety were small and pretty mild. If that's what you're looking for, you'll be fine. We like Gulf Oysters and I'm afraid the Pacific varieties don't stack up in size or intensity of flavor. We really wanted... More

This was our favorite spot in SF! Best service, food and view! Oysters were amazing and the chowder, had a great tuna special too. Told my friends to come here on their trip! Would come back to SF just to visit this spot!

This restaurant offers some outstanding views right on the water. It's super super busy which demonstrates just how good it is but be aware that you may need to queue for a table. The staff were lovely & service very good. Great all round.

I read the reviews for this restaurant on TripAdvisor and thought "well we should find this place". My wife and I are very glad that we made the effort and found this place. **Do not let the line up deter you, it moves fast and is well handled by the staff** Simply have one of your party go into the... We had a great meal here. They don't take reservations, but the line to get in moved pretty quickly. The atmosphere inside is fun. The clams were great, but the chowder was exceptional! Definitely a great place to go in San Francisco!

On a gorgeous California day, this was a perfect choice for lunch. The place was packed at 11:30, so be prepared for a wait, but since the line is outside by the water it was a great way to people-watch. Service is fast but very pleasant and the staff was happy to explain the dishes. We shared the boquerones appetizer... More

Great location and seafood menu. We had to queue but only briefly . We were asked if we minded sitting at the chefs station . This turned out to be an absolute treat. Great theatre performed by culinary masters! Food was first rate . Would return & recommend highly

I am most impressed by the speed and efficiency of the place. We were at the communal table... sharing the experience with the people from Washington DC & China. The oysters were great. We had sweet water Oysters... topped with their mignonette. We ordered two appetizers... halibut... was fresh but the star was polenta encrusted fried sardines... Sauce was good... More

The food was good... The waiting time, not so good, we ended up spending almost an hour to get a seat. Service was great and fast but the place is too small.
