A restaurant should never assume anything about the customer. This place assumes that money is not an object for anyone dining here. We made the mistake of asking the waiter for sake and sashimi suggestions and we didn't realize till the bill arrived that waiter's suggestion was $300 per person. If you dine here, don't forget to ask for the... More

Probably one of the best Sushi restaurants in the city. Slightly overpriced but when it comes to quality there is no fail. Taste beats stinginess. Try it out if you have the extra dollar in your pocket and you won't be disappointed.

The sushi was amazing, the service was great. The place has a good ambience to have a drink and some sushi. We ate at the bar area even though we had reservations. Cocktails are very good as well. Highly recommended.

Mar 14, 2014 Our Hotel Harbor Court were able to get us 6:00 reservations at their adjoining restaurant. Just by observing the night buzz, I knew that Ozumo was the latest hot spot. We followed the hostess through the active bar scene and into a middle dining room that was warm and romantic with a subtle, open kitchen. The largest... More

This in the in place in SF. Always busy and long lines. I was lucky to have fund space at the sushi bar. Great rolls and very fresh fish. The service was good. It has become a usual spot for me when traveling to SF.

Feel a little bad not giving Ozumo five stars, but to be fair it's not quite up there with the best sushi places I've been to. Still a great place, and has a nice ambiance. I highly recommend the dohyo which was probably the best thing I ordered.

Definitely worth a try. Great location. Sit and look at the bridge all lit up. Food was fresh and unique. Bar area was loud and hopping but dining room was a nice spot where you could enjoy dinner. The rolls were so fresh and delicious. Tuna was of the best quality. Get the albacore, melts in your mouth. Try the... More

Great food and sake options... Serve was attentive and helpful choosing sake. The food was prepared with care and held great flavors. Waited about 25 minutes for our reservation at the bar, had to stand a large portion of that because the bar was full.
