I enjoyed this restaurant very much. The sushi was good and the martini hit the spot. Too bad they are only opened Monday through Friday for dinner.
We ate there as it was attached to our hotel. The food was great as was the sake. The waitress asked if we were ready to order I said yes so she went away! The selection oif food on th menu was good and its execution was great.
I stopped by Kyo-Ya on the way back to our hotel with my daughter who wanted to take sushi back to our room. Since Kyo-Ya was on the ground floor of our hotel (The Palace Hotel, 5 stars in my book), we chose it without much thought. At first, I was taken aback by the prices ($14 for a California... More
Fantastic sushi and soba soup. I ordered off the menu thru room service and the food was served as part of the conference.

We started ordering miso & udon soups, she suggested the udon soup was large enough to share, which we did. I really appreciate that she was willing to lessen our order even though it... More
This is a beautiful restaurant with attentive service. Fish is very fresh and plates are as beautiful as they are delicious. They are celebrating their 20 year anniversary so ask about specials.
Kyoya have the best sushi I have ever tasted and I have eaten sushi in 100+ places. Nothing beats Kyoya. If you give the place a low grade you don't known what you are talking about. Yes, it's expensive, cost me 100 bucks the last time. If you're looking for a replacement for McDonalds you've come to the wrong place...... More
