We stumbled upon this gem and really enjoyed our experience. After a short wait (they were full) we got a small table. To think we almost left after not being served for the first five minutes (patience is not a trait I possess)....the waitress proved to be very knowledgable about the menu and did offer her suggestions. The pasta was... More

We were staying nearby and had a beautiful meal here last week. It was very busy and as they don't take reservations we had to wait about 30 minutes. The staff happily got us a drink and we enjoyed the atmosphere of this busy fun local bistro. The wait was worth it as the food was beautiful and service efficient.... More

We were staying near this place and decided to give it a try, we were pleasantly surprised, it has great ambiance, excellent service and the food was well prepared, there are daily specials and all the staff has been there for ages which says a lot about a place, our server was Robin and she regaled us with some of... This little Italian in a suburban setting is absolutely delightful making it a great option for something a bit different and away from the busy areas. Not that it doesn't get busy - it's small and popular with locals and visitors alike, so you need to arrive early or be prepared for a bit of a wait. But it's well... More

We walked here from our hotel near Union Square. Found this place after reading reviews of it on Trip Advisor. Service was efficient and food was really good. We would definitely return.

Just had lunch at an outside table. Nothing short of outstanding in all respects. Very pleasant and attentive service. Food was spectacular. My wife had the sole, and I had the pasta dish of the day. Both done to perfection. Reminded me of one of the outstanding neighborhood bistros of Paris, both location and food. Eat here!

Their ricotta is SPECIAL and their lasagne is the best we've ever had (and we've tasted a LOT); the gelato is amazing and the tomato sauces superb. You can substitute any sauce on any pasta.

Tucked away in a beautiful residential section of the city, this little cafe offers delicious food at a reasonable price. Get there early, as it's always crowded. Well worth the wait!

Went upon arrival for lunch, then a few days later for dinner. Had the best mushroom soup I've ever had, followed by a really good Caesar salad for lunch. A few nights later for dinner, we had a very good Chardonnay, back to the mushroom soup, and had a Chicken Parm for dinner. The chicken parm was good. One thing... More

Nice little neighborhood place. They don't take reservations so we had to wait about 15 minutes outside in the cold and wind but they are pretty good at turning over tables so it was fine. Food was high quality as was the wine list. Family owned and worth making a visit.
