Went here for the final evening and had oysters for a start. Then followed a lobster soap and a fantastic sole. Finished off with a nice desert. Just around the corner from our hotel, The Chancellor. Great evening!

While this was a great meal, it did not entirely meet expectations. The service was attentive, ambiance was very nice but the food wasn't outstanding. The appetizers were dull and the entrees were well presented it wasn't 5 star. Would return to give them another chance.

You feel like you have stepped into the sea when you enter with dark blue ceiling & jelly fish hanging. So unique. Sat in back room with tiled ceiling in corner booth. Service was fantastic. Knowledgeable wine server & waiter. Oysters fresh ( now have raw bar) and great selection. The seafood trio with truffle risotto was excellent as was... More

I had the pleasure of experiencing the great food and service of Farallon with a group of business partners in October. The staff could not have been better in helping us through this dining experience. Several of the party had never eaten lobster and crab and it was neat to see the experienced staff walk them through that process! Their... More

I dined here with my husband this past weekend. We weren't sure if the underwater theme would be nice or too touristy, and were pleasantly surprised that it was even nicer in person than in photos...how often does that happen. The lighting is beautiful and so are the textures and seating. Tables are not crammed together and there are plenty... More

Had a business dinner in one of the upstairs rooms. The ambiance was mediocre, but had some cute touches like an aquarium with glass sea creatures in it, and lots of shelves of wine. The service was friendly and efficient. We had a largely pre-selected menu; I really liked the arctic char for the main course. Portions are appropriate -... More

The restaurant is beautiful and the plates were a work of art but our service and food quality feel very short. The meat was undercooked and the server didn't address it, very poor experience for a high end location with a supposedly good reputation.

This was my first time at Farallon and I was pretty impressed with their menu - lots of seafood with creativity in use of ingredients. I had ordered the smoked arctic char as an appetizer and the paficic cobia as the main entree. Both were cooked perfectly so it wasn't dry at all. Their use of different ingredients in their... This is a cozy little nugget of a place. You can be dressed up or more toned down and get a great spread. We did the night before Thanksgiving here & were mistaken for locals. I loved it. I felt comfortable here & the food was great. The ceilings are fabulous. Sounds moves strangely around the room. Check it out... More

My fellow reviewers here on TA has mixed feeling about this place. Our (my party and me) experience is that is was a great evening. A bit busy and bustling. But in that context I was happily surprised of the outcome: we where pleased, well served, well treated, happy and content! The ambience was well exposed in the interior decor.... More
