We walked into a magical undersea world. Some of the most memorable atmosphere in San Francisco. We started off with a corn bisque and a lobster appetizer; both terrific. I had the Char and my wife had the Ono. Both were excellently prepared.After dinner drinks, then off to the 4th of July fireworks. It was a great evening. more

We went to this restaurant for the second time last night. Our visit visit in 2005 was very memorable. Frankly, we were worried that it couldn't live up to what we remembered. When Farallon opened the lights were amazing and the food was inventive. The interior is looking a little tired and the food wasn't particularly interesting this last Saturday night. We peeked into Farallon, just off Union Square, attracted by the beautiful underseas-inspired interior, and decided to have a late dinner. Glad we did!
