This lively restaurante is part of the Hotel Abri

I liked having a restaurante as part of the hotel but open to the public. Always has a better atmosphere. Food and service is good with a mixture of Italian/American. A very popular happy hour from 3pm to 6pm and a brunch menu at the weekend.

Was looking for a place near my hotel to eat and found this place to be a good fit. Was very crowded but service at the bar was good. I had a Caprese salad and a Margarita pizza. The Caprese salad was $15 and was a little disappointing with thinner slices or tomato that I am used to and instead... More

Terrific Italian dishes from appetizers to main dishes they will not disappoint. If you want seafood they have the tastiest grilled salmon I have ever had. Happy hour is fun and the martinis are great. Wait staff is top notch. The place was packed on a Sunday night but our server was excellent.

My entire family enjoyed this location. Something as simple as letting the kids make their own pizzas at the table really made the night fun. The pesto lasagna was fantastic and the bruschetta was served in a unique but very tasty way. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very fitting.

The best thing was the appetizer pizza! Fig, Gorgonzola and Carmelized Onion. Excellent if you want to pop in for something quick then go back out shopping.. After that dish, just average. Good service however. Convenient to shopping and Union Square.

We had dinner here. The food was pretty good but the service was really slow, and the waitress seemed disinterested. What is it about San Francisco service, not as good as I was led to believe. If you sit near the front the live music is quite loud so it is hard to have a conversation. And it was jazz,... More

Comfortable with a great starter fig and goat cheese pizza. The following pasta I could have made much better at home and the service was not great. It's the perfect place for a couple to split a small pizza but stop there :-)

We enjoyed our experience at Puccini & Pinetti. Prices are a bit high, but the quality of the food is worth the cost. Best short ribs I've had in a long time. The mashed potatoes with pesto were delicious. The portions are quite large. Great service - very friendly staff. Rather noisy, so just keep that in mind if you... More

Nothing memorable about the food at this expensive (average entree $25) italian restaurant only went here because it was directly across from our hotel and we were too tired to walk to another place.

My wife and I have dined here more than once and were happy each time. They primarily offer Italian, but other items are on the menu for those not interested. I had the Spaghetti and Meatballs on one visit and a Belgian Waffle on another and both were wonderful. The price was moderate and the service was great.
