Had an early Saturday night reservation (5:45). Since the restaurant is n the business district, it is an awfully quiet area on Saturday. This is one of those places where the chef is too clever for his own good. I guess I’m just too provincial to appreciate pork bellies, sweetbreads, quail, game hen, beef tongue and the like, but this place also falls short on service.
