I had not visited here in quite a while, and the food was even better than I remembered. Excellent. My only slight criticism is that the portions are a bit skimpy. Nonetheless, highly recommended.

Brandy’s is so good I lunched there three times in three weeks while on vacation in the Bay Area. I’ve been eating here for over 25 years and their food is still the absolute best. Their lunch specials are cheap and good sized. Their fried dumplings are the most awesome pot stickers I’ve ever eaten due to the ginger sauce... More

We chose Brandy Ho's because it had healthier options and we were glad we did. The food was fantastic and the service was 2nd to none. The menu had a nice blend of more Americanized dishes and a few traditional choices as well. We'll definitely be back the next time we are in town.

We originally were headed to another famous Chinatown restaurant, but the line was incredibly long - so we stopped in at Brandy Ho's. It was our lucky day! What a wonderful menu - delicious! And they were filming Planet of the Apes movie right outside..dinner & entertainment!

Surprisingly carefully prepared to order dishes. Had both lunch and dinner. Reasonable price. Offers steam brown rice for a healthier choice. They claim and I can tell they avoid MSG. Good value, clean, and healthy choice. It was recommended to me by an Asian taxi driver. He was right. Highly recommend if you are in the area or staying in... More

Ho Hum. We wasted one of our meals out on our SF vacation at this place. Wah. Wah. The onion pancake was virtually tasteless and a grease bomb to boot. We had a spicy chicken dish and they made it pepper flake spicy (yeah, like the pepper flakes you put on pizza) but not tasty. Many better places in SF... More

My husband and I ate at Brandy Ho's on the recommendation of a friend and we were not disappointed. While the restaurant was not very busy when we walked in for lunch, it quickly filled up. As soon as we sat down, we were given a pot of hot tea - which was wonderful. My husband ordered the General's Chicken... More

Both my boss and the concierge recommended this restaurant when my husband and I were looking for a great Chinese restaurant in SF. And Brandy Ho's didn't disappoint! It's a very casual restaurant at the edge of Chinatown with fantastic food and very fast and attentive service! You must try the onion cake! The steamed dumplings were also very good.... More
