The ground floor is nicely appointed with domed brick ceilings, iron works, etc. A view of the Bay Bridge is possible down at the far end. the food is spectacular. This time I dined downstairs for a private function. Service, great food and nice location all made the choice a great one for a business function of ~30 people.

We just left having dinner with friends here. The restaurant is beautifully appointed in Belle Epoque style and finished in every detail. Lovely bar with numerous choices of alcohol and it even offered 5 different choices in Champagne. We sat at a lovely table near the window overlooking the bay and the Bay Bridge. The room & view is breathtaking!... More

This is a great place, a lovely building on the edge of the financial district. It was packed, loaded with people and atmosphere and just enough table space. We shared the ahi tuna and stuffed calamari to start. They were really good. I had the sea bass for main which came with a delightful risotto and cod frittata. I was... More

Very nice atmosphere. Skip the starters they are over priced and not so great. We had the scallops and the crab salad. Swordfish, quail and lamb all good entrees. Service was just ok. Honestly expected that to be better. Did not need our server to comment that we should order another starter since we had three people. Same with desert.... More

You will definitely want to come back to this top rated restaurant whenever you are in the city. Great for business, family, friends, single diners, and dates! We came here to celebrate a birthday and were seated by the window where you can see the Bay Bridge while the sun sets. Gorgeous! This building survived the 1906 fire and the... More

So, i was so excited to try this place due to all the great reviews. Went with the entree recommended by the waiter, prime pork ... it was good, but not that moist. Had a few appetizers, dinner, wine and was still hungry after! For the price you pay, I expected excellent food, which it was not... but it was... More

So I'm very lucky to have eaten in some amazing restaurants all over the world but this however is currently the best! We made the reservation on line a few months before our trip as I'd eaten here a few years ago and wanted to make sure we got our selected date due to my sisters birthday. We had dinner... More

A meal at the Boulevard is always a treat when we go to San Francisco. The service is lovely and the food is excellent. On a recent Friday evening, we had artichoke soup, pear and forme d'Ambert salad, wild boar pasta and pan roasted quail accompanied by Burn Cottage Pinot noir from Central Otago. A total delight from beginning to... More

I was on a business trip with a colleague and we decided to go somewhere a little up market. First of all you'll notice the service, it was of a very high standard. We are just not use to this type of service back home but it was great. The meal was excellent and I had the pork prime rib... More

My husband and I heard about this place from friends. It did not disappoint. Service was fantastic. Our cocktails arrived quickly and were done very well. Scallop appetizer was especially good. Husband ordered filet and me lamb. Both were cooked exactly as we had ordered them and were full of flavor. The only downside was the noise level - in... More
