Just below the Coit Tower in SF. Gigantic huge large massive portions of fresh local-supplied food cooked up in front of your very eyes ! Had a burger that was hand-patted right in front of fresh from local dead cow and broiled on a rotary grill. Toasted bun, thick-cut smoked bacon, and a tomato that I can still taste (stain... More

Easy to get to by bus or cable car. Huge quantities, still feeling full! Some confusion over bill as all burgers charged at same price - more than on menu. Overall price not too bad for SF.

If you are waiting in line for Mamas when you read this review, step out of line and walk over to Mo's Grill. Start off with the fresh squeezed orange juice. My family ordered different meals and all were delicious. I had a veggie omelet--cooked to perfection. My daughter had pancakes--some of the best she ever had. My other daughter... More

At least once a month, I get to stay in San Francisco. I make it a point to sleep in and get my late breakfast at Mo's. Breakfast is served until 3:00 pm so no rush waking up and running for a semi cold buffet in the hotel. Also, I like to eat.. A lot! Mo's portions are nice and... More

I had originally wanted to get breakfast at Mama's after hearing about it being a SF favorite. There is no way I was going to wait in that line! Went to Mo's nearby and was so glad I did. Great breakfast, really filling. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Mo's is spectacular. So fresh! Unique omelets. Terrific fruit cup. And of course, good coffee. Great way to start the day

This cute cafe had attracted my attention many times as I walked down Grant Avenue because you can see the chefs through the window cooking. I finally went there the last day I was in the city. Its a kitch looking place with the chefs cooking as you walk which I like , a seating bar and several tables. Its... More

After looking at the 2 hour long queue for The popular Mama's for breakfast we decided to go elsewhere and we were so glad we did. We didn't have to queue at Mo's (but there was a small 6 person queue when we left). Big tasty hearty breakfast, constant coffee topups and friendly service. What more could you want?

I got a burger and fries to go from here today and was underwhelmed. The fries were plentiful, but overcooked and bland. The burger was unexciting as well. It might have been better to eat in, but I won't be going back to find out.

Mo's is a San Fran, North Beach iconoclastic eatery. Breakfast and Burgers predominate the menu. Breakfast is served until 3pm. Their breakfast can easily sustain you until dinner. The portions are plentiful and the choices are highly varied and creative. The Burgers are a Cholesterol lovers dream. Big, juicy, great combinations. I had the Volcano Burger and it was decadent....
