Very friendly staff. It's a big place with mainly western guests, also frequented by guided tours. The food still seems to be very much authentic and it is really very good!!! Who doesn't mind being surrounded by other tourists can have a very good food here.

It wasn't better than any other place I've ever been, but to their credit, it seemed cleaner than most. That being said, it was not that clean. I mostly wanted to eat Chinese in Chinatown, and for the novice, I'd recommend this place.

We were a group of 12 and sat at 2 round tables side by side. The wait staff were very helpful with ordering and making sure we had a varied selection and not too much food. I always appreciate it when the waiter says start with just that and you can always order more. We liked the honey walnut prawns,... More

We stumbled across this place as we were walking through china town. It was packed full of local resident so we thought we give it a try. Everyone were really friendly, the service was great. The restaurant was extremely busy but our food came on a timely manner. Food was great, taste really good, portions are enough for two people... More

We found the food average. We were hoping for some really good food in Chinatown. Nothing special. Try another restaurant.

On our first day in San Francisco, we wanted a nice restaurant in china town. We decided to go here. The restaurant decor is your average hole in the wall setting. We ordered the wonton soup and the combination plate. The spring rolls were very good, nice and crispy. The meat in pot stickers was very flavourful and tender, the... More

Again on our most recent trip to San Francisco we checked out Trip Advisor (and a few other sources) first, and again we weren't disappointed. We ate here around 2:00 p.m. on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend and it wasn't at all crowded. Based on recommendations, complemented by a peek at the eggplant dish being delivered to the next... It's a nice Chinese restaurant but nothing to wow about! Some of our food was good, some was overcooked and some was merely OK! Service was that of a typical local restaurant with over worked waiters who try hard to keep a smile and serve you very quickly, almost too quick so that you make room for the next customer.... More

This was the Chinese food good restaurant closest to our hotel (Hilton Financial District). Eager to taste some of our favourites we were like that they have a table for two on spot. The food was first class: Fried prawns and Fried bean curd as appetizers, Seafood with Bean Curd Soup shard by two of us, ending with Asparagus Beef... More

we're pretty sure we were all accidentally dosed with psilocybin mushrooms from the hot and sour soup. Each of us started suffering from strange symptoms, from paralysis to tingling to strange psychedelic type effects, anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes after eating the hot and sour soup. Anyway, the soup was still delicious and the rest of the meal was... More
