We queued for over an hour on a hot sunny day, but it was well worth the wait. The staff are great, really friendly... Making sure we were kept hydrated waiting out in the sun... The food was delicious and well prepared with great ingredients! They make their own jam onsite daily. Well worth a visit despite the long line.

The place seats about 30 and the queue stand for 2 hour in my both visit. The staff are nice, the selection for breakfast is good and the meal came reasonably promptly after wait in line. Prices are not higher than the average for San Francisco.and the food are yummy the french toast, cinnamon roll, silver dollar pancakes are really delicious... More

Slightly disappointed, waited too long for what was a nice breakfast, just a bit overrated. The single loo was pretty gross, the kitchen would probably not pass health and safety in the UK.

The food is great, servers are great, reasonably priced based upon SF prices, but you wait at least 1 hour in line outside, then you go in and line up 20 minutes to place your order, then if a table is available you sit and wait 20 minutes for your food. Food is excellent and staff are attentive. Really good,... More

Had to check this place out. It was 11/2 hr. wait and the food was good, but not worth that long of a wait. At least I can say I was there.

This place opens at 8:00 and the line starts forming by 7:15 for the first seating. No reservations and the place seats about 30. The staff is nice, the selection for breakfast is good and the meal came reasonably promptly after a 40 minute wait in line. Clearly, all of your party needs to be there when they let you... More

Title sums it up: get the Monte Cristo. French toast with turkey ham and cheese. Sounds plain but really yummy with that glass of champagne with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. Ordered Mama Cristo too: difference is the apple and cheese in the toast which makes it sweeter and perfect for people who does not like stronger cheese. If you have... More

Came here for the very first time, I had read the reviews and a friend recommend it to me as well...I figured why not if I'm in the city. FYI be prepared to do the time, waited for 1 1/2 so don't come when you are starving. I read very good reviews on Monte Cristo and I was not disappointed... More

The food was really good, but not wait in line for over 90 minutes good. I think what made our wait so difficult was that it was really hot that day and there are large gaps in the line without any shade. We felt like ants under a magnifying glass, so be sure to wear some sunscreen. That was truly... More

We arrived at 11:30 and we were lucky enough to have to wait only for half an hour. That was a good surprise after reading all the reviews about the long lines to get into Mamma's. But then everything went wrong. Ok, I knew that we had to pay in cash, I am not fine with it because it is... More
