Bustling on the weekends, great for weekday lunches. Fresh baked items, nice staff. Would recommend for those who consider themselves foodies and are happy with upscale comfort food. more

Believe it or not, I ate here 13 years ago as a teenager and still remembered my breakfast here. I hadn't been back to SF since so I knew I had to go back. Roomy and comfortable restaurant in a nice location at California and Presidio. We visit Ella's freqently for breakfast when we're in SF and have never been disappointed. Pleasant and professional staff, able to move customers in and out quickly with their efficient service and lots of tables. Fresh and home made meals served efficiently by pleasant staff.
