Scramble & Ramble

What a nice, low-key breakfast stop! It has a solid mix of breakfast choices with exceptional bread. Low carb diet or not, try it! TIP: No charge for parking before 9AM.

I had an appt in the neighborhood Saturday brunch time, with friends we walked in, gave name on waiting list. There was empty bar seating but we had time for a table and got a back window corner table after 15 mins. There seems to be a control with waiting to match the kitchen traffic. Pleasant decor, clean, attentive staff,... More

It was fine for a quick stop for brunch. Mostly egg dishes, but limited as to preparation. Cobb salad good with grilled chicken, crispy bacon, and adequate avocado.

Ella's menu changes so their breakfast choices are interesting and not always the same. They offered a folded omelet which is one of my favorites and the eggs benedict looked awesome.

Great food! We ate breakfast and it was great! My cousin lives in San Fran and told us Ella's has the best breakfast in San Fran. Nice atmosphere.

Had an absolutely delicious brunch here with family. No reservations, so we had to wait (expected that in advance) and it was worth it. Wonderful eclectic brunch menu!

We were sitting next to a couple of male patrons in their 70's and they were talking about how the breakfast menu reminded them of traditional American fares in the 50's. Now, i learned Ella's is been there since the 90's but I can see what they were referring to. My husband ordered their homemade oatmeal and I ordered sunny-side... More

Loved their breakfast, quality food with great ingredients and real maple syrup. A little pricey but it is SF so we expect it.

Another great place to have breakfast in San Francisco. This was also recommended by a few friends and the AirBNB. We walked on Presidio Ave & found it! The name of the place is hidden by trees, you really have to look for it. The place is at a corner. It is very clean and the service was awesome. They... More

Liked that it was right across the street from the hotel. Very good breakfasts/from eggs, bacon to super origional looking french toast waffle stuff.
