I've been here several times before they remodeled and the new look has a modern red and grey color scheme with food related quotes painted on the walls. A long communal table (a bad trend) is on one side of the room; uncomfortable backless stools make for a quick meal and not something to linger over. Came here for lunch... More

Pros: great food; huge portions Cons: really loud inside; they turn tables quickly so you feel rushed Our Uber driver told us about this place and said we had to try it -- and so we did. The food was good (and hot!), but it was really loud inside and the turn the tables so quickly, you feel rushed. Having... More

Absolutely amazing thai food in San Francisco. Ate there several times while visiting, both in the restaurant and as delivery. Food is very reasonably priced and tastes incredible. Staff is very friendly. Definitely a popular place to eat.

This beat Slanted Door in our book! Such good food, fresh ingredients, nice use of herbs. The larb was excellent. The basil was just the right amount in the dishes. It was a nice place for lunch (not the best area to walk through, but worth it). Everything we tried was perfectly spiced (a little spicy, but good). A local... More

As soon as you enter the restaurant, you feel like you are in Thailand. They have menu written in Thai and waiters from Thailand. Ordered the traditional Thai green curry and Thai milk tea. Very authentic and delicious. Will come back again!

Not your ordinary Thai. I had a blast just reading the menu. They used very original ingredients, the tastes of which stood out on their own and created an experience instead of the creamy usual curries you find at most Thai places. Loved it, wish there was one back home where I live. Prices were reasonable as well.

I came here to try their crispy pork that has been said to taste similar like Pa Ord in LA. People got it wrong though. Lers Ros' crispy pork had its own taste and way of being served in our table. I had the pad see ew which tasted great also. The restaurant was already crowded even before dinner time,... More

This place is authentic and offers a great variety of Thai foods. Its a small place that is loud (on our day there was live Thai music which we enjoyed, but made it harder to talk). Service was quick and friendly. The Beef Salad was AMAZING, the flavor on the beef was soo goood. The chicken curry was not good.... More

As with every wannabe upscale Thai restaurant, one has to ask, is there any substance to its claim to be a cut above the rest. With Lers Ros, there isn't. Service was inept and incooperative; when I requested for catfish in my curry (a normal request in a Thai place), I was refused, and what I got instead, was no... More
