I really wanted to LOVE this cute, atmospheric, neighborhood restaurant and, while I LIKED it, it fell short of getting the LOVE. First the good...Great, cozy space with brick exterior and interior, stylishly finished. The service was top notch...water glasses filled frequently, no waiting for our reservation, in spite of it being a holiday week end. Yes, we were seated... More

Loved the casualness of the place, small but mighty in the food palate. Loved the pasta, loved the wine. Its a bit noisy and can be hard to talk at times.

Clean simple and elegant. The casual sister restaurant of Quince has delicious pizzas and elegant rustic Italian. I sat at the bar and enjoyed chatting with staff.

I have visited Cotogna twice now for dinner and ordered the three course prezzo fisso menu both times. The main courses and desserts were delectable, but I think the thing I enjoyed the most each time was the soup at the start of the meal. Back in August it was a cold melon soup and in April it was a... More

A friend who lives in the neighborhood suggested meeting here for dinner. My husband and I were visiting and this was a nice place to catch up over dinner. While the food was good, I didn't find it spectacularly so as described in various reviews. The menu is somewhat limited if you are a vegetarian. The atmosphere was great, but... More

We got spoiled by the staff and the chef on our visit. This is the closest I have come to authentic, rustic Italian. I could take or leave most pasta places and pasta dishes, but each of the four pastas we had was sublime and a work of art. Same for the risotto. When we were in Tuscany we ate... More

Deliciousoso, Fantastic and most Fun. We loved the chop salad with provolone, olives and greens. The cacio e pepe with broccoli was worth fighting a war for, incredibly moist and tasty. Simply the best. Thanks for reading. The Bike Chaplain

This was the best Italy like experience I have had in the states in awhile. They are hard to come by. The pizza was superb and the ravioli was to die for! I only wish there was more but at the same time this is also what reminded me of Italy. There was never too much on the plate. I... More

I can't write a review about the food because it's not really my preferred cuisine, but I love the energy of the place.

Hotel concierge recommended this place. Food was great and staff was helpful and friendly Try the roast quail and if in a group, sample all of the desserts - you won't regret it!
