Such and awesome breakfast in San Fran! Totally worth the 20 min wait. While waiting in line, we were drooling over the choices that the other outside diners had ordered. We had the crab eggs Benedict with fruit and the chicken sausage omelette with the vege and bacon hashbrowns. The portions are so large that we could have fed 2-3... More

Great little cafe for breakfast right in the heart of Fishermans' Wharf. It's popular and you'll have to queue but don't let that put you off. The staff are all friendly and helpful and look after you well. Portion sizes are enormous so think about sharing if you're not used to starting the day with enough food for an army!... More

Hands down the only place to have breakfast when you are at Fisherman's Wharf. Great food and great service. But either get there early or be prepared to wait. We love the place and our willing to wait....twenty minutes roughly at prime time. So if you don't mind the wait, you'll love the experience. Ohh...and the Dungeness Crab Benedict was... More

Went to Hollywood Cafe following great reviews on trip advisor and we were in the general area, well worth taking the detour, excellent food, generous portions and good value for money. The staff are welcoming I had Vivian Lee special highly recommended almost finished it all despite large portions too good to waste

Based on the many positive reviews on trip advisor I decided to make the Hollywood Cafe a definite stop while in San Francisco. I had to wait about 20 minutes for a table in the early morning. The place is small so be prepared for a wait. Despite being very busy the service is good. I chose the eggs with... More

The cafe altogether is faultless! The service is great, no waiting for ages, food is very quick expecially as it's perfect quality. Portion sizes are more than enough which is brilliant and very unique. The food in general is the best i have ever had, in my own experience i visted a couple of times in a row while i... More

Had to wait in line for a table - no big deal - about 15 minutes. Orangish french toast was excellent. Standard bacon and eggs fare, but more fruit than you can eat. Excellent fresh orange juice. Raspberries and Blackberries were perfect. Staff was busy, but checked on us every few minutes. Sat on sidewalk - umbrellas might help deflect... More
