Delicious Mexican food. I had the Mole and it was as good as what I have had in Mexico before. Nice relaxed atmosphere. We called ahead to reserve a table and didn't have to wait too long when we got there.

Let me start by saying that I have eaten almost everything from the dinner menu (minus the chips, totopos and the mole) and I've tried every drink. I also live in LA but come to San Francisco to visit my boyfriend. It's the 1st place I go to when I arrive and the last when I leave. I am in... More

My wife and I traveled to SF and we wanted to experience various food. After picking Nopalito from a list of best Mexican in SF; which is a wonder to me how they made it on that list in the first place The atmosphere does not give the sense that you are in a Mexican restaurant more like a pub.... We got this rec from friends, but hadn’t planned to seek it out Then, wandering out of GG Park and needing lunch, there it was! Glad we got there: service was friendly, food was very good. SO thought the tacos de pescado were the best she had our whole trip (and she’s very particular about this favorite food), and I... More

Really creative food and great service. It's a bit tough to get a reservation -- my advice would be to go when they open for dinner, put your name down, and come back in an hour -- but definitely worth it once you're there.

though often very crowded and lively, this is still a very fun place to go, as the combo Mexican fusion type food served here is excellent. and have to love those cookies!!! (we often order a box to go, so we have some at home for the next week). Good drinks, interesting and varied beers and all very fresh and... More

Napolito is an affordable offshoot of Nopa, the so hot its burning restaurant in the NOPA neighbourhood. Its mexican menu diverts from typical fare and focuses on local produce and simple, yet flavourful dishes. Try the steak with cactus. And the roasted chickpeas are addictive.

We got there right at 11:30 when they opened and it was a great all around experience. They start you off with what he thought were roasted/smoked garbanzo beans. Very helpful and attentive server. The food was amazing, started off with totopos con chili- which I wasn't sure what to expect... And we finished off the bowl! We had then... More
