Delicious food!

The Slanted Door is consistently delicious. It is a very busy/happening restaurant in the Ferry Building. The cutest thing is that it was my Mum's birthday and they give cotton candy with a candle in it! Try the scallops! They were my favourite.

This place was heaving! I recommend booking rather than just turning up as we did. However we happily ate our appetiser waiting for a seat at the bar. Can also highly recommend their own cocktail with sherry and bergamot marmalade whilst you wait too. The appetiser was divine, a mix of prawn, pork & chicken pancakes with satay sauce. As for... I had heard so much about the Slanted Door and wanted to see if it lived up to the hype. The food, service, and view were amazing. I can't wait to go back!

One of the very best places ever! Be prepared - very noisy as this is a very vibrant scene. Windows facing Oakland bridge - gorgeous at night. Food was amazing. I will have to buy their newly published cook book. Tried many appetizers - you can order half orders so you can try more selections. It was my birthday and... More

We met friends here for dinner and had a wonderful time. The food was excellent, the service friendly and attentive and the whole place had a fun vibe to it. We started with spring rolls. Here's a tip: spring rolls come in eight pieces and if you have two of them, you can get two different half rolls for the... More

Great ambiance. Really nice place to go with friends, coworkers or even customers. Not a romantic dinner but you can also come visit with your significant other. Food is good, very good drinks. On the high end in terms of pricing but it's worth it.

Hard to get dinner reservations for this in demand restaurant. Very relaxed atmosphere....casual dress. The food is not traditional Vietnamese fare...but very good selection. Noisy and cramped, located right in the Ferry building. Service is quick and efficient and the good comes out in a timely manner. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area and able to... More

Asian food meets Vietnamese gourmet. This restaurant is remarkable - the bar is spacious and offers sectioned seating with coaches. The drink specialties are creative - got the Ginger vodka mix - a bit bitter but it grows on you. Make sure you get the Shaking Beef - super delicious filet cooked to perfection but served in chunks. $40 will... More

WOW!!! The food here is unmissable. Do yourself a favour and book a table BEFORE you leave otherwise you may be disappointed. The food was the best asian fusion I have had in ages. I wish they could come to Melbourne Australia!!

For many years, this has been a Zagat favorite, and with good reason. Noisy, yes, and hard to get in, yes. But this is Asian food far superior to the norm.
