You come here for the music which was great although i guess it depends on who is performing. I love the intimacy of the place and we came last year as well because the music is fantastic. there are 2 'sittings' and we chose the early one . The service is efficient and fast. I saw Lil' Ed and the Imperials here. He put on a great show. The venue is small and intimate, which allows for the audience to interact with the performers. Food, service and drinks were very good. I recommend the beef brisket.

Went to Biscuits and Blues on a Friday night for dinner, drinks and the show, it was a great night out! The drinks were good, the food was great, and the Blues Band was excellent! The meatloaf was really good, and the brisket was great!

This was my second visit to this city, and my second visit to this blues bar and restaurant. It doesn't disappoint. The music was awesome, and the dinner was great!

Great Night .. Food was lovely . be careful you don't order too much .. huge portions. The live band was brilliant and my partner remembered the lead singer from years ago back in the 70s .. Highly recommend this restaurant .

There was a group of four or us and it exceeded our expectations. We arrived at 6:00 for dinner. The staff was great, and dinner was outstanding. I would get the fried chicken again. There isn't a bad seat in the house. The entertainment started at 7:00 and was unbelievable. That night they charged $20 for a 4 hour concert.... More

I cannot rave enough about this restaurant. I was in town for a conference with a colleague at the Hotel Monaco, this restaurant was recommended to me plus within walking distance from the hotel. I was a bit confused at first when I had to pay for a ticket but then the hostess explained that you get your seat for... More

No doubt about it, Biscuits and Blues is a fantastic place to hear real blues in San Francisco. Ticket price ($24) was reasonable. It's important to note though, if you are a single or even a couple, you should not count on getting your own table. The bar's business model is to stuff as many people as possible into the... More

If you love good Blues and southern cooking, this is the place for you. Music: this venue is a small, intimate club-like setting where you are no more than 40 feet away from the stage. Last night we were 10 feet away from John Nemeth and the Memphis Grease Party and a surprise sit-in from Elvin Bishop - fantastic! Drinks:... More

We were staying at the Handlery Union Square Hotel and the concierge suggested The Biscuit and Blues Club as a great venue. He sure was right. We bought our tickets early in the afternoon from their box office, then returned that night for dinner and the music. It was a very friendly atmosphere with tables close together so you got...
