Loved the atmosphere

heard about htis place on-line months ago and was delighted to find it near our hotel. we went for the 7-30 show and really enjoyed it. True blues it was. We drank beer, didn't dine. The $20 entry made it very good value for the night.

I just loved this cute bar with live jazz music! The food was great, atmosphere perfect. I totally recommend it, but don't forget to make a reservation when going to the concert

I went to this blues club with a friend who got tickets from Goldstar. Saw Chris Cain. Because it was a week night, we were not required to have drinks or dinner so that was plus. The place was small, the music was not too loud and Chris Cain and his band members were fantastic! Great place to go especially... More

Small venue with great southern comfort food and good drink menu. The employees are extremely courteous and work hard to make your experience memorable. The facilities are clean. You sit right up against the stage and the schedule line up is all Blues with top name and up in coming performers I.e. Ray Goren.

Music was good. The one star (or circle) is for the music. $20 was way too much for a one hour show, though. Service was bad. From the beginning to the end, bad service provided by a staff that seemed unconcerned. Food was terrible. Ordered a “specialty” – Pepper brisket served with smashed potatoes and greens, except … no potatoes.... More

Found myself in SF on a cold Saturday night with nothing to do. Biscuits and Blues was around the corner from my hotel, so I decided to give it a go. I was pleasantly surprised by the venue and the quality of the performers! I wouldn't hesitate to see another show here. The staff is mostly unfriendly (aside from the... More

There isn't a bad seat in the house!!! Love the small intimate feel of this Blues club!! We walked from the Hilton, Union Square. Drinks were good, a little pricey, but all in all a must if you are a Blues lover!!

First off, if you make a reservation on Open Table it doesn't not tell you that there is a cover charge to enter the restaurant should a band be playing that night. The cover the night we went was $20 per person. Once getting over the shock of paying a cover just to have the right to order food we... More

We went to this restaurant to hear a blues singer/guitar player. He was great, as was our dinner. After having a big lunch we decided to split the mac n cheese croquette, which was a coated, deep fried macaroni and cheese patty and the Southern fried chicken dinner. With three piece sand two sides this was more than enough food.... More

We had an amazing night!! The music was so real and genuine, even if you're not a fan of blues. The musicians were so talented and had a great sense of humor as well, you can really tell that they loved what they're doing. It's a pretty small space so the audience got involved as well. Must go in San... More
