Totally worth going downstairs! There's a bar with great drinks and food service. If you want a latin american meal, I recommend the peruvian ceviche; small but delightful taste. A bit pricey but you are in SF so nothing's cheap out there. I highly recommend going with your friends on a weeknight or weekend! It's super fun, great mood, and... More

Best rotisserie Chicken I have ever tasted in San Francisco. Excellent Mac N Cheese, very good sweet potato fries, good mixed green salad. Dynamite Pisco Sour drink from the bar. Quality has been outstanding every time I have visited. Cerviche is also excellent.

We were walking in the area and decided to dine and this place was recommended by locals - we came in and loved it: very friendly and fast service. Delicious Peruvian food, tasty and fresh sangria. The interior is not posh but nice.

we went on a Monday evening, the place is definitely lively! very busy fortunately, we got a spot at the bar. bartender was friendly, quick service. being a native Spanish speaker, I was able to hear the banter going on between the servers. they were extremely crude and did not care at all about the customer hearing them. but, back... Very busy - thankful we reserved a table but still had to wait 15 minutes. The chicken is fantastic - so much so that we ordered more after abandoning the veggie dish (not to our palette). The seafood dish was also good but not great. Go there for the chicken and the atmosphere.

Always make reservations in advance. The place is small and packed. Very good food and fast service. Even what they call small plates are actually quite filling. The food is well made and delicious and is really meant for sharing - which you should do. It is also not what I think of as pricey as some other reviewers noted.... More

We ordered for takeout and enjoyed chicken, ceviche, vegetables, and truffle mac and cheese. The food was tasty but prices were high.

Had lunch on our first day. I've never had Peruvian but I'll have it again. I sure hope it's as good as Limon Rotisserie. Very tasty and great atmosphere. Staff was very welcoming. Loved it

Although the restaurant was busy, we were seated right away at a small table for two. Our waiter was attentive and helpful and very friendly. He made us feel right at home. :) We split an order of Pollo al la Brasa with a side of rice and another side of sweet potato fries. The chicken came with 3 dipping... More
