In a city overflowing with 30.000+ attendees for a converence and with shortage of cabs, the staff of the restaurant orders guest to waite in the door untill the group is complete. Then they take the orders, but the drinks never arrive, despite asking fir many times. The last people of the group are send away, because they are 30... More

I went with the roasted chicken, without a doubt, but I'll have to go back and try the rest of the menu. Honestly, I want to try every single dish there, from the tacu-tacus to the empanadas and ceviches, everything looked amazing! Not expensive at all

My boyfriend and I love to eat out, maybe a little more than we should, but when we found Limon we found we were able to have a classy night out without feeling remorse at the end of the night when the bill came. You can have a wonderful dinner here, that competes with the other trendy places on this... More

On a recent trip to San Francisco three of us visited this restaurant for dinner - my daughter says it is one of her favorites. The ceviche was exceptional - very fresh and flavorful with good texture. We shared a whole roasted chicken - it came with three sauces, which I was anxious to try, but the truth is the... More

Great tasting food and the service was pretty good. The Tacu-Tacu tasted very good and had to order another one because it was that good. The Pollo Empanada was very good and was my favorite that we ordered that day. Great Peruvian food to go to.

Coworkers recommended the rotisserie chicken. I tried it but a bit too salty for my taste buds. The ceviche de pescado was amazing. It was perfectly prepared, tasty, moist, fresh. Loved it. I also tried their Peruvian Beer. The place was busy on a Friday evening, but the staff was fast and friendly. I will come back for more…if I... More

lunch at Limon was enjoyable, tasty, but a bit expensive. It is in the Mission district of San Francisco, so one is not expecting higher end pricing. The locale is fine, the service is excellent, the food appropriately priced, but the pisco sours too expensive. Three of us had ceviche (B+) lomo saltado (A-), anticuchos de pollo (B) seco de... Great restaurant in a great city. The food is really good and arrived quickly. It is served family style so 6 of us got to try reveal different plates. The chicken is the main draw, but in my opinion the sauces and side dishes really make the meal. We had ceviche de pescado and it was very tasty and spiced... More

The rotisserie chicken is so tender and flavorful. Add a few sides like the yucca fries and empanadas to make it complete and delicious meal. If you like chicken, you must try Limon.
