a bit off the buzy area of castro on 18th just before Market St. but so worth the walk! It's just a small restaurant, maybe 10 tables. Interior is so Cuban like anything else. Very friendly service. They were out of 2 meals from the menu, but that somehow speaks for the freshness of the meals. I had the special... More

I never post on these things, but we stopped off here tonight on the way home, and had the most amazing meal. Chilled vibes, and jaw dropping food. Totally delicious, and good portions. Then given a desert on the house for ordering a good number of dishes for our main. 6* out of 5 !

Tucked away in a residential neighborhood on 18th just before Market, this cute, little place has no competition. I was grateful to have discovered it because of the very delicious food. I arrived at 3:20 p.m., with a mindset of having a Cuban sandwich. I was told that would not be possible because this is not served at this time.... More

Great place for the very best in Cuban food. We were in SF for two weeks and our kids took us here for a special treat and it was AMAZING!!! It's one of those little places that you might pass up, but please don't....it's the best! Portions are very generous and they are more than happy to explain what the... More

The cutest little find...really great food, and a little slice of another culture tucked away on 18th. The portions are huge..I took half of my pollo home, and even re-heated it was so moist and yummy the next day. Definitely going back! Feels like your dining in a cozy home - love the warm colors and eclectic decor.

Great food and beautifully presented. I got a deal from living social after i kept passing this cute little place on the #33. it was a rainy day in SF and an odd time to eat - past lunch time, early for dinner, but since we were in between errands, we stopped in anyway. we were happy to see that... Came here for dinner. Loved the home feeling with laundry on a clothesline above us. It was not very busy so the service was very attentive. We started with the Beet Salad, and had the chicken entree and the pork entree. The food was presented nicely and was very good except that there was too much salt in both entrees.
