Not enough varieties offered at breakfast buffet. No ketchup was seen along with the mustard, etc. I liked that they offered a few Asian dishes being an Asian.

Staff friendly and helpful. Food excellent! Pasta, salads and burgers were all delicious. Nice atmosphere, too.

As I mentioned in my hotel comments, two of us paid $60 for breakfast. I got overcooked scrambled eggs, toast, coffee, juice and espresso.

Part of Hilton hotel, I expected same level service. Oh, how wrong I was. I was meeting important business partners there and I was quite embarassed with fairly rude staff. I would understand if restaurant was full for lunch, but it was half empty and we had to struggle to get seated. Food is OK, but really nothing special. If... More

The full breakfast buffet takes you easily past noon up to a late lunch if not up to a dinner. Very friendly and attentive service. With continental breakfast vouchers, no brainer to choose this place over the Starbucks. Only $10 to upgrade it to full buffet.

The food I ordered was good. I had a small dinner, sausage, pretzel and sauerkraut. The bartender's were great.

Met up with folks from the conference we were attending several times at Urban Tavern's bar. It's expensive, but not unexpectedly so for a hotel bar. Good beer and wine selection. Friendly staff. Had lunch at the bar one day and it was quite tasty. The hummus appetizer was also very yummy.

My wife, 12 year old daughter and I ate here last weekend during a spring break, family vacation to the Bay area. We stayed at the Union Square Hilton and ate at this in-house restaurant late one evening. It was loud and not very kid friendly. The service was average at best. The food was overpriced but good. The mac... More

I would have given Urban Tavern an outstanding, but the table was covered in crumbs as were the seats. If the wait staff can be trained in the basics then this would be an excellent place to eat. The scallops were cooked to perfection as was the roast chicken, simple dishes which can go so wrong. The desserts were also... More
