The first night of a work conference i found myself tired and dining alone. So I decided to go to the place attached to the Hilton Union Square. A wide ranging menu, good wine selections, healthy choices and all delicious. A+

We dined here during the afternoon and they were offering a limited menu. Even though the menu only have 10-12 items, there was still a lot of options from a light bite to a fuller meal. We ended up getting hamburgers and fries. The burgers were very delicious and the fries had an infused onion flavor.

Menu quite limited for evening meal, service slow food average. Stayed at hotel and had Breakfast included which was excellent, service, choice and quality all good.

Menu selection could use some expansion and overall food quality was good but certainly not great. Housed in the ground floor of the Hilton, it is convenient for those that want to stay on property and is about what one would expect for such a restaurant.

As many hotel restaurants, this one is overpriced - though they charge $5 for a cup of coffee which is completely ridiculous. I had the fruit/yogurt parfait for breakfast, which was good. Some people seemed to have breakfast coupons so I suppose if you can get one of those it would be worth it to go there. Otherwise, lots of... More

With tickets for an 8:00pm show at the Curran, we looked forward to a pre-show dinner at Urban Tavern and seeing our favorite server, Elton. Checked in with the host for our 6pm reservations in Elton's section, we were greeted by Elton when the host brought us to our table. Mentioned to Elton that we had 8:00pm show time and... More

This is located in the Hilton Union Square in San Francisco. We only had the breakfast buffet, but we ate there five days in a row. The buffet if pricey but well worth it. All the pastries look baked on premises and there are a lot of them. My wife loved the baked Greek yogurt. There is an Asian section.... More

Service left a lot to be desired here and food was average at best. I had the $27 1/2 grilled chocked that was dried out. My wife had the $29 macaroni and cheese which was a large quantity of heavy pasta. The waiter could care less about his customers. I guess I shouldn't expect much more from the only restaurant... After a long day at a conference my wife was too tired to walk or go anywhere for dinner, so we just decided to try the Hilton's hotel restaurant downstairs called the Urban Tavern. We didn't have reservations, but we were seated right away. The decor struck me as kind of odd, with seat coverings that had lots of holes... More

My sandwich, a grilled cheese with avocado, arugula and fried egg, tasted ok but was way too greasy. You expect a little oil or butter with a sandwich like that but there do not seem to have been an effort to minimize the grease. The craft beer selection was ok but the service was very slow even though they were... More
