Very upscale restaurant in the Hilton just off of Union Square. Limited menu, but everything was interesting. Extensive wine and beer list. Outstanding service. Restaurant offers 5 hours of free parking. Cost: $180 for 4 (but we had a restaurant.com coupon.)

Was very disappointed with service and food. On paper the menu looked great but the execution was lacking. The crab hush puppies were okay, flatbread dry. My husband ordered the vegetable lasagna and it was gray in color. My salad was inedible, drowned in dressing.

Had drinks early in the evening. Plenty of seating and good service. Plenty of beers to choose from and a great drink list.

I purchased a restaurant.com certificate in September, arrived in SFO on Thursday, went to this restaurant on Friday and was told I had already redeemed my certificate, totally NOT TRUE. Don't know what happened but I feel cheated, not sure if it was by restaurant.com or the Urban Tavern. Food was good though.

I think that my headline says it all. I travel for a living and am no stranger to higher than normal prices in hotel dining facilities.. But $90 for two people to have breakfast is beyond insane. Their breakfast buffet is $30+ a person. Orange juice is $5 a glass each time they come by, $9 for coffee. Normally a... More

Nice place for being attached to a hotel. I had breakfast and dinner here multiple times. Lots of room - even when full the place did not seem too crowded. Friendly staff.

Not much of a selection of food to eat, or even a real good entree to select. It was basically a limited menu that was overpriced (as are most hotel restaurants). As the only restaurant in the hotel it was very disappointing and made going out of the hotel almost mandatory which may have been its purpose??????? Also, much too... More

Was just normal tasting food. Expensive. Breakfast Buffet was $23. Small Glass of OJ was almost $5 but did get refills on it. But if you are going to SF you need to be prepare to expensive everything.

I found this restaurant through restaurant.com and selected it because it was near my next destination. I made a same-day reservation and was immediately seated upon arrival. I ordered hot tea - which is ridiculously priced at $5. Yes, I was charged $5 for some hot water and one Bigelow tea bag. For my meal, i opted for the crab... More

Salad lettuce not fresh, food over salted, chairs uncomfortable. It is the only restaurant in the Hilton, so captive audience there.
