We came around 11am on a Tuesday, we didn't wait long for the food and had the best peanut butter pancakes ever !

Great place for breakfast or brunch! I had the Salmon scramble. It was excellent and came with toast and potatoes. My companion had the French toast special. He ate every bite. Toast was made with sourdough bread and came with link sausage and an egg. So sorry we missed this place last time we were here. Great music, too!

Pat's is small, but the tables move quickly and the food was amazing! We had the house special omelet with sourdough toast (MUST have the sourdough!) and it was incredible. In between serving and busing tables, Pat (the owner) will take a few minutes to just chat and make sure everything is good. Eating at Pat's is definitely worth the... More

We loved Pat's café so much we visited twice during our short trip to San Francisco. We both had pancakes on the first day and they were amazing. Very filling, I ordered 3 but probably only needed 2. The next day, disappointed that they had sold out of corned beef hash as the day before had been so busy, I... More

The eggs benedict are excellent as are the other choices. Lunch is varied with lots of tasty choices. The service is always good and Pat is there to supervise the... More

My family and I, on holiday in San Francisco were looking for a local and friendly cafe. My sister, 8 was also very hungry, so when we found the colourful yellow shop front we were relieved. It wasn't too busy so we chose our table and after 10 minutes of contemplation we ordered. It was quite a long wait and... More

I came here with a very hungry 8 sister and I was very HUNGRY myself. My mum and dad, having read about this colourful cafe in San Francisco guidebooks were looking forward to it!! The first thing that struck us was the bright yellow shop front and the brightly painted sign. The staff greeted us politely and presented us with... More

We were looking for breakfast spot close to our hotel and found this through trip advisor. The atmosphere was small cafe. Service was good, food excellent. We even ended up purchasing one of the small artwork paintings from the wall. Overall, a good place for breakfast, good value.

Pancakes, that's it! We've tried the house special pancake and it was just marvellous. The rest was just average - the food and the service.
