Went on Mother's Day. No line, great art on the walls, and the most delicious food! You can't go wrong!

I headed here between Lombard st and Coit tower as my feet needed a rest! The breakfast menu is fantastic and the pancakes lived up to the Rough Guide recommendation. The service was superb and I sat in the window watching the world go by. A nice selection of paintings displayed on the walls.
Awesome food, good coffee! The salmon scrabble is wonderful. The jam on the table was great. Get there early to get a good seat.
This place is great for breakfast, the staff are very friendly, lots of places to sit, bottomless coffee, gorgeous pancakes, will set you up for the day as the portions are big. Def worth a visit instead of heading down to fishermans wharf for a boring pastry and coffee.
Went back to Pat's for breakfast. Hadn't been there in quite some time. Place has some updates but still the same great food and great attitude. Love this place.

We ran by this small, amazing cafe this morning on our way to Mamma's but decided to come back to Pat's after we saw the daunting line. So glad we did! This was the best breakfast I have ever had - hands down. My friend and I got California omelets, mimosas and we split a banana pancake. The pancake was...

We've been planning a trip to SF for two months and kept hearing about Pat's Cafe from SF reviews. So glad we took their advice. Food was fantastic, environment was perfect and very inviting and art work on the walls added a great touch. French toast and biscuits and gravy. Both off the charts good. Purchased a Pat's cup before...
