Great food, great view, great wait staff, and beautiful restaurant! Did have spotted side plates which got replaced quickly. Crab cakes, yummy and salmon to die for! Little bit pricey, but worth it!

This is not a $15-20 restaurant, unless you get an app + water. My wife, daughter and I ate dinner last night and it was $170 w/tip. The food was very good, plenty of it and worth the price. The only problem is we were looking for something less expensive. Yes we could've gone elsewhere but the reviews on TA... More

The four of us were planning to be in downtown San Fran and with help from tripadvisor we decided on the fog house among the many touristy restaurants available at the wharf. The fish and chips, great and crispy, large serving, Seared ahi tuna was cooked to perfection. We saw the staff making crab cakes on the way in and... More

My wife and I walked over to Pier 39 following our Alcatraz tour and decided to eat at Fog Harbor Fish House for dinner. We arrived about 6:00 PM and were seated immediately next to a window. We shared the Cioppino, sourdough bread, and a crab/avocado Caesar salad. Everything was thoroughly enjoyable and they split the salad and entrée on... More

Had a very good lunch, but what made it even better was the views of San Francisco bay and the sea lions. Very good seafood, service was attentive.

This place reviewed well on TA so i decided it was safe bet. It is. Sadly it is thrown in amongst the tack of Pier 39 but it's definitely upmarket for round those parts (with up market prices and staff). However the fish, seafood and wines are superb. You couldn't eat there too often (unless very rich) but the crabcakes... More

Fog Harbor Fish House is a very nice restaurant with many tables that look out onto the harbor. The service was extremely friendly and prompt with our food. The complimentary sourdough bread was fresh out of the oven and delicious! I ordered fish and chips, which tasted great, but $18 seems like a little bit too much to pay. If... More

The view is fabulous from any table in the restaurant. We went here for Dungeness crab and were not disappointed. All the entrees that we saw go past looked wonderful and large portions. The fried shrimp looked so good! Our service was a little lacking, but with the view and good food you can almost over look it. You don't... More

We stopped in looking for something to eat and was not disappointed. Lots of people were eating the seafood towers with their families and all seemed to be enjoying it. Nice location and ambiance
