We were a little disappointed with this place. We booked a table for 9pm and they seemed to be more interested in closing and going home. The food was bland, but it was the service that let us down. After a 11hour flight, we all wanted to drink and it took 15 minutes for the waiter to bring them over... More

Got caught in a "warmish" rain storm so we thought we'd just come in, dry off and have some lunch. OMgoodness it was yummy!! I really wanted "fresh" fish while on the coast. Im not sure how fresh or local it all is (bet not too local) but at any rate it taste fresh! Service was good too. Looked like... More

Wonderful experience! I had the fried platter, the other three in our party had the mixed grill. Everyone loved their dishes. Our waiter did an excellent job as well and the view was great.

Excellent Crab Louis salad - the best I have had. Prices are a bit high but so is San Fran. Sour dough bread was wonderful!

We were there with a group of about forty people. We were seated and served in a very timely manner. Our selections were selected ahead of time so they were ready for us. I had the clam chowder with shrimp ravioli. Both were most excellent. The chowder was rich and creamy. The shrimp were fresh and crisp. We were seated... More

Went into Fog Harbor for lunch around 1130 on a Saturday. We were seated right away at a table over looking the water. We had amazing views! Clam chowder was very tasty as was the oysters. We also enjoyed a few items from the seasonal menu which were very good. Our service was exceptional. We found this to be our... More

Loved it here! Perched at the bar for a nice glass of pro secco where we could have stayed to eat but chose a table with lovely views of the sunset! Amazing seafood, great atmosphere and was our fave restaurant of our stay in San Francisco

I'll start with the pros and they are considerable: great location, due to clever layout of the restaurant many tables have a great view, not just the few that are right by the window. We had made a reservation but were early, they accommodated us. It's a large, busy place but there are sufficient waitpersons so the atmosphere is relaxed... More

Probably as touristy an area on Fisherman's Wharf as you could find.... But food is good---better than all the others(cept for Hog Island). Good crab rolls, fresh oysters, ok house white & homemade sour sour dough. Clam chowder excellent. If stuck in area I'd return over all the other spots around it.

We stopped for lunch around noon on a busy Saturday. Got a great table with a view of the wharf area right away. We noticed when we left that the wait time had really increased. Great service.. Never felt rushed. We shared calamari starter plate .. Plenty for 2, and each had a salad following. Bread also provided. Food was... More
