Very noisy but food & service were gret

We took my 97 year old grandmother out for lunch on Sunday. It's been a few years since we've been, but we've been here many times over the years, and I don't remember the food being so good. The only draw backs were that it was so loud, my grandmother couldn't hear and it was so busy that we... read more

All the food is great, have been back many times. They just installed a new deck and outdoor bar that I am eager to try out. You can't go wrong going here. If you don't see oysters on the menu just ask, we have had some of the freshest oysters here. Prices are reasonable too.

My first visit to this seaside spot was on a cool night in April--too soon for the outdoor seating. Once we arrived, we encountered Immediate buzzkill by the hostess who repeated the same stale mantra as when I'd called in advance to ask for a table for a party of five for "heavy appetizers and drinks"--she repeated that she couldn't... Visited during a business trip based on TripAdvisor reviews. A bit tricky to find as you have to wind your way through a boat yard to get to the restaurant. Got a bit worried when the clientele looked like old timers who ate their often. Turned out to be a sign of good quality, value and atmosphere. The bar has... More

I've been to the inn twice. The first time was for my birthday and the next month was for Mother's Day. For my birthday me and my cousin went for dinner. My cousin took me (and my then 3 month old daughter) here to celebrate my birthday. We both love to eat out and we decided to go somewhere neither... More

My wife & I have been to the inn on several occasions, mostly for dinner, and we always go for the seafood and have not been disappointed. Unlike another customers review, our food on every occasion was brought to our table in a timely fashion & always piping hot, with no complaints from us in the quality of the food for the price... This is a great spot to dine outside on the deck in the summer. Even in the dead of winter there are nice views from the tables inside. Good solid food, nice fry job on the clams; lobster Mac and cheese and turkey dinner all good.

This might be a nice place to visit during the warmer months, when the snow is gone and the deck is open, as what they really have going for them is the view. Or a great place to hand and drink with your pals. The brunch buffet at a decent $20pp, though, was no better than average andI've had better... More

I have taken my mom out to this restaurant several times. It used to be pack now you can get a table. Several times in a row we had to bring dinner back due to being cold. And they will microwave it this not good if you pay a good meal.
