Some of the best seafood I've had!

I took my husband there for a partial date night prior to Father's Day. I had heard that Saturdays were really busy and we were on a tight schedule because we had a movie later. We really needed to plan better! It was packed and the wait was an hour and a half!!! Crazy!!! We wanted to... read more

A find! The person at the hotel front desk recommended this restaurant to us. We would never have found it on our own. It is, as its name implies, right on the Bay and offers a lovely view. There is a very nice selection of cocktails; we tried two different ones and they were very good. Service by Amanda was... More

We arrived at the Inn at Bay Pointe at around 1 pm on a Saturday. The parking lot in front of the restaurant was pretty much full. We had heard that they had recently opened a new outdoor deck & bar. It was completely full. We were not disappointed because we had planned to eat inside since there are 2... More

The deck and bar are beautiful. Overlooking the marina and the Town River on a lovely evening was great. The nautical theme is even carried through to the wait staff uniforms which look terrific in navy and white! The menu is limit outdoors and they did show us the menu before we were seated. We still chose to dine outside... More

My summer visit to this restuarant is always a highlight and Friday was no different. I had the pan seared scallops and they were perfect. cooked just right. the lobster risotto was also riich with chunks of lobster. Theresa was our server and she was excellent despite it's being a busy Friday night. One disappointment was being unable to eat... More

Stopped by early afternoon on Saturday, 13 June 2015 to make dinner reservations for a party of 6 at 6:30 PM. Was told by totally disinterested hostess (I was apparently interrupting her chat time) that no reservations are accepted but to call ahead to get name on wait list. Called ahead at 6:15 PM and whomever answered said she could... More

All the food is great, have been back many times. They just installed a new deck and outdoor bar that I am eager to try out. You can't go wrong going here. If you don't see oysters on the menu just ask, we have had some of the freshest oysters here. Prices are reasonable too.

We took my 97 year old grandmother out for lunch on Sunday. It's been a few years since we've been, but we've been here many times over the years, and I don't remember the food being so good. The only draw backs were that it was so loud, my grandmother couldn't hear and it was so busy that we did... More

My first visit to this seaside spot was on a cool night in April--too soon for the outdoor seating. Once we arrived, we encountered Immediate buzzkill by the hostess who repeated the same stale mantra as when I'd called in advance to ask for a table for a party of five for "heavy appetizers and drinks"--she repeated that she couldn't... Visited during a business trip based on TripAdvisor reviews. A bit tricky to find as you have to wind your way through a boat yard to get to the restaurant. Got a bit worried when the clientele looked like old timers who ate their often. Turned out to be a sign of good quality, value and atmosphere. The bar has... More
