Polarizing the Punjab

I have eaten here several times. I have also read the many reviews and must disagree with some of them. The Naan is NOT complimentary nor is the chai. They DO NOT have a full bar license --only beer & wine. Although the food is very good, our bill for 4 with 1 drink each, 4 entrees & 2 orders... read more

The food is good in general but the variety for the buffet seems to be degrading lately. Some small things could be handled better from hospitality perspective. I'm pointing at the conservative behavior I've observed there.

Our order of mutton biryani was just a leftover veg biryani with few mutton pieces in it. We were surprised to get our take out order in less than 5 minutes! The rice was not even flavorful. The raitha was very sour and chicken curry was bland chicken in channa masala gravy. The man behind the counter was not very... More

I live in Manhattan, where there are many Indian restaurants. Punjab Café is my favorite place for great Indian food. Every time I visit a good friend in Quincy, I insist that this is our first stop.

Excellent food and service. Always very friendly and helpful. I get the take out a lot and portions are big enough to share.

I come here quite often and I'm never disappointed. The food is always fresh and served hot. They always ask how much spice we'd like. The vegetable pakoras are my favorite! But everything I've ever had here has been delicious. And the wait staff is so helpful!

We live very close to this place and it has become our go to spot for food. Any time we invite friends over or just want take out, this is the place where we get food from. Like all the chicken and Lamb dishes.

We have eaten at this restaurant for nearly 30 years. It is the best Indian cuisine we have had WORLDWIDE. The restaurant is clean, charming, warm and inviting. The owner and his family take great pride in their presentation. Want a warm, welcoming, delicious dining experience, look no further.
