Great seafood and what a view

A great way to usher in spring was a quick trip to Tony's Clam Shop, just across the street from the beach and a view of Boston in the backdrop. Approaching the restaurant, you could smell the food! It was tough trying to decide what to get. You counter order, and take a seat with your lobster-fob... read more

We visited Quincy/Boston in the summer and had heard/read great reviews about Tony's and decided to give it a try. The food was good but the view of the ocean from the tables outside was beautiful. Overall, it was a great experience.

I live locally and can walk to Tonys. When they post their seasonal opening sign it's the first sign of Spring. The food is consistent, service is good and they offer some of the best fried clams around. Good lobster roll too.

Tony's has been a favorite of mine for many years. Lately the prices have pushed a little too high. The fried clams are still very good and the rings are excellent...but...maybe not as good as 10 years ago. Still worth a visit or three each summer!

Go to Tony's on a warm Summer day, get a Lobster Roll and a cold beer, or a Fried clam platter (with the bellies, please), and a box of clam fritters and watch the world go by on Wollaston Beach. The food is excellent (although not cheap...cheap seafood...ick...), not overly greasy, fresh and tasty. Portions are huge and the scene... More

Lobster roll, clam strips and a gyro.....all were great! Were very happy to get there the weekend before they closed for the winter. Everyone was very friendly and our meal was served quickly and to order....very good. Will definitely be back!

Without a doubt. 5 stars. Third on my list of lobster rolls, but certainly is the best one I have had under $20. The fried clams were "huge and delicious" according to my dad. You definitely need to try Tony's.

Had a quick lunch here. The baked clams were tender and sweet. I also had the Raspberry Lime Rickey and it is very memorable.
