We love chocolate. We really do. After reading all the amazing reviews of Purefections we were practically waiting by the door to inhale the promised luscious delectableness… Then the box arrived. I gathered the troops and we all sat at the table with salivating anticipation and carefully unwrapped the 4 small boxes: These contained P2C2, two different types of candy... More

July 10, 2014 Mom and I love getting our chocolate on, and since we found ourselves in Quincy having lunch at The Clam Box, we knew just the place to satisfy our sweet tooth. We’ve been to Purefections Chocolate one other time, and we both thought that it was some of the best chocolate we’ve ever had. We’ve tried Hilliard’s,... More

My sister sent me a box of chocolates from this shop and I couldn't believe how wonderful it was! Creamy chocolate flavors with interesting twists like potato chips. Didn't know that adding a bit of salt to chocolate makes a huge difference in taste. The P2C2 is my favorite! It's a humble space, filled with packing materials (for gift packaging... More

We moved to Quincy last year and just discovered this shop. The pieces they make themselves are the best -- fresher, better quality ingredients, with a surefire touch. That said, they also carry excellent truffles from Oregon. In the past, we loved local chocolatiers with flair -- the Chocolate Drop in Estes Park, Wen Chocolates in Denver, Sucre in New... More

Still same family, same chocolate, same service. The name was changed due to a trademark issue. I was unsure on how to post us as a different name on the site so I am just listing this as a review. Thanks

Love this place! The chocolates are consistently unique and delicious, and there's always something new to try. The employees are very friendly and even recognize us! They take the time to explain all of the chocolates. The shop is a little small, but I think that adds to the charm. Favorites: p2c2, caramel cups, tartaruga and sea salt caramels.
