My wife and I ate here this afternoon and chose the Lobster Special at $15.95 each (until 6 o'clock daily while we were there anyway - this may change with the week and season). This was a better price that in downtown Bar Harbor. We sat outside on the deck and has a wonderful view of Hulls Cove. Be warned,... More

The steam clams were very tough and gritty. The onion soup had very little cheese and was too salty. The halibut came in thin slices which were overcooked (probably frozen-thawed). The vegetables were tasteless. Good thing we didn't order lobster.

This was a great place and the staff very friendly and helpful. I had the lobster which was fresh and delicious and my husband had the haddock which was also fresh and yummy . The lobster stew is a must have ... The favor is perfect and one of a kind .

This was a true gem. We stopped here after leaving Acadia and just wanted a light lunch, without the hassle of entering the city of Bar Harbor. They had awesome outdoor seating, and the view of the ocean was great! It is tidal, so there was a bit more beach than water at the time I went, but it wasn't... More

I ordered a boiled lobster and it was very good - reasonably priced as well. We were seated at a window table overlooking the water, so we enjoyed the view. My husband does not like seafood, but he was happy with his burger.

You have a choice of indoor, outdoor or enclosure downstairs which is what we chose. Warning thou the incline to get there is pretty steep. Wasn't impressed with the decor felt kinda blah...anyway. We ordered the Ceasear Salad with pan seared scallops omg they were awesome. My daughters ordered the kids cheeseburgers and they were as good. I must say... More

We ate at the Chart Room for dinner and lunch. The food was delicious both times. The location on the highway into Bar Harbor is deceiving as the views from the restaurant and deck are on the water and very pleasant. The staff is excellent and the cleanliness amazing!

It was a surprising discovery. We travel almost each year to Bar Harbor since 2007 and it is the first we have lunch (early 16:30) at the Chart. I had the beef and my wife the lobster. The beef was succulent, well cook and with a lot of vegetables The lobster was also very good but the portion was small.... More

There is a reason its outside of town....never again. Not one of our plates were finished...The staff was nice...the only saving grace were the appetizers...don't go unless you have to.
