Upscale breakfast featuring eclectic omelets, etc. The food was delicious. It was very busy but the wait staff seemed to be working as fast as possible to keep up.

Two Cats is our favorite Bar Harbor restaurant for breakfast. Mornings when there's a wait it's worth waiting. The atmosphere and furnishings are delightful, and the service is friendly, with first rate fare, especially the Smoked Salmon (lox) Benedict!! The coffee is excellent, and they often have coffee mugs for sale with the TwoCats logo etched on them. They're my... More

We waited almost an hour for our breakfast. My blueberry pancakes were not cooked through, runny in the middle. I showed the waiter, he offered to have new ones cooked, but I was not willing to wait another hour. I also told the cashier and no on seemed too interested. I felt it was expensive, poorly cooked and exceedingly slow.... More

A cute little café, that serves tasty breakfast. Being a cat lover, the décor was awesome. We didn't feel like a big breakfast, so we both just had egg sandwiches on bagels, but they were good, along with the coffee, and fresh fruit and juice. Service was quick and friendly. If we had stayed in Bar Harbor longer would have... More

I are here twice during a week in Bar Harbor. The lobster omelet was excellent, and the Elvis Pancakes with chocolate, penanut butter, and bananas, were delicious. Definitely worth getting an outside table for people watching on a nice day.

On a former trip this was one of our favorite places for breakfast but since we had stayed at a B and B on our last few trips, we did not have an opportunity to eat here until this year. We were really looking forward to returning and I was especially looking forward to the Mediterranean breakfast that I remembered... More

One of the best places for breakfast in Bar Harbor. Lovely setting and great food and service. Choices for vegetarian and non vegetarians.

Well everything we had heard about 2 cats was true, it was delicious, and expensive. Only real disappointment was that they no longer have cats.

It seems that everyone in Bar Harbor eats at 2Cats, but it's worth the wait. Delicious pancakes, coffee and eggs benedict. The staff is friendly and competent.

...but be prepared to wait... After the wait you'll have some difficult menu choices as they are all good and many menu items are unique to only Two Cats. The only suggestion I have for this restaurant is they need to improve upon their biscuit recipe - they are too dry.
