Highly recommend having breakfast here. The food was excellent. Great service too! We thought there would be a long wait, but we we got a table right away. We loved the atmosphere and the charm of the house. Would visit again if ever in Bar Harbor.

I have eaten here a few times, and really wanted to like it......but can't. Terrible service is the biggest complaint. Plus never know what you are going to get when you order.

We were quickly seated and served. Food and service was outstanding. Nice atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the photos of the house over the many years of its existence.

Love Two Cats in Bar Harbor. This is a fun and inviting breakfast spot that we always enjoy going to. Nice service - friendly with no "attitude." Good food, nicely prepared and served. I, who manage to resist almost every touristy gift shop, could not resist buying some a few things in their little shop at the front of the... More

We had breakfast here one morning. Food was good. Biscuits were huge. Fresh squeezed orange juice was refreshing. The only complaint was that it was pricey compared to some of the restaurants we ate at while staying on the island.

This is obviously a popular place but our experience wasn't good. The service was horrible. It took forever for us to get waited on, get our coffee and take our order. It was very cold inside because they left the door open and it was cold outside! The blueberry pancakes were mushy and tasteless. The coffee was good. I wouldn't... More

Delicious food. Friendly service. Pleasant, contemporary atmosphere. And the coffee? My wife is huge Starbucks fan: 2 Cats coffee met her standard. (I'm a tea drinker--they had some nice choices of tea, as well.)

I go to this restaurant on a regular basis. I see no need to go anywhere else for breakfast. People say its expensive but I don't know where that is coming from- especially when you compare pricing with other breakfast spots in Bar Harbor. You may find a breakfast entree at another spot in town but I would rather pay... More

We enjoyed our breakfast here. They're funky and a bit pricey, but the food and the coffee are excellent and the service was attentive. I'm a fan of breakfast burritos, so I ordered one -- which was nicely prepared -- not smothered in chili, as I'm accustomed to in Taos & Santa Fe -- but then, I'm in Maine --... More
